El color blanco acompañado de colores rojos y verdes hacen que el traje de la mujer cordobesa sea un símbolo muy atractivo de la ciudad, la historia se representa con 30 botones mismos que representan a las 30 familias que en 1618 fundaron la ciudad de Córdoba. En la partes porterior y prendido en el recuerdo de mas de 300 años de ostento treinta botones que representan a los 30 caballeros que tuvieron la fortuna de fundar esta ciudad de Córdoba.
