This 3D Theater Slider Fun Fold card is great for Valentine's Day, Birthdays and more. I designed it using the Stampin' Up! Country Floral Lane Suite. The words "I love that we are friends" are heat embossed in white on Mossy Meadow and cut with Scalloped Contour die. They are in the Country Bouquet stamp set. The hearts are cut with the coordinating Country Bouquet Punch.
First of all, Merry Christmas! I'm sticking with traditional, red and green for Christmas, however, this is a Valentine's Day card. I'm already gearing up for Valentine's Day, and

Welcome to Corner of Plaid and Paisley where I am participating in the Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop Sketch Challenge today! The title of my post is a little off - because I was originally going to use the Country Floral Lane DSP with this card - but when I went back and read the instructions to the Sketch Challenge - we were to add a bit of bling!! So I switched paper and used the Textured Chic paper with the Country Bouquet Bundle to meet the criteria of this month's challenge. Since this is a Sketch Challenge, we were to make something along the lines of this sketch: But this is what I forgot when I scheduled the post - it is a DOUBLE challenge!! We were to include some glimmer and shine! I actually am glad I was challenged to do this because I never would have made this card otherwise - and I love how it turned out!! I used the new Country Bouquet Bundle, Petal Pink Cardstock and the Textured Chic DSP. I punched out all the hearts with the County Bouquet Punch - which is always a fast an easy way to go! I stamped the outline heart stamp on the big hearts with VersaMark and embossed the edges with Gold Embossing powder. I started my collage with a diamond shaped piece of Vellum Paper, then layered with a die cut piece of Gold Foil sheet with the texture die from the Chic Dies. I looped some gold Simply Elegant Trim and adhered it with a glue dot. I just started laying out my hearts until I found the layout I liked best. Here is a little tip - Take a photo of the way you have it before you pull it all up to adhere the layers - that way you can just follow from the bottom to the top layer as you apply your adhesive and Dimensionals. I used the gold embossing powder for the sentiment as well and added a few scattered Pastel Adhesive Backed Sequins for more glimmer and shine! 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕 Don't forget the envelope and the inside of your card! Now it is on to see what all the other creative card makers have done with this sketch!! Linda Moore is up next! Angie McKenzie ● Aurélie Fabre ● Shel Anderson Leonie Stuart ● Danielle Kassing ● Jan Musselman Tricia Butts ● Karen Henderson ● Rochelle Laird-Smith Mo Rootes ● Marieke Bart ● Susan Webster Ann Krucek ● Linda Moore ● Vickie Littlewood Robbie Susan Chandler ● Teri West ● Annette Ball I hope you enjoyed my interpretation of this Double Challenge!

Warm greetings from Saint Stephen, New Brunswick, Canada! I'm located just across the Skutik (St Croix) River from Calais, Maine, USA. Today I'm delighted to welcome folks from all over the Stampin' Up!® world, as part of the fantastic Demonstrator Training Program Blog Hop organized by Kylie & Bruno Bertucci in Australia. We're showcasing the cards we make to say thank you to our lovely customers. You'll find the full list of blog links at the bottom of this post. My card features the Share a Milkshake stamp set, Country Bouquet Punch, and Country Floral Lane DSP. I'll include a clickable photo supply list for you at the end of this post. To make this card, I started by using Tailor Made Tags Dies to cut a Basic White tag, then I stamped my sentiment from the Share a Milkshake stamp set in Sweet Sorbet. I chose a Valentine sentiment, but you can substitute whatever you like. To finish the tag, I tied a knot through it with White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon. Next, I cut, scored, and folded a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Petal Pink card base. Then I used my Dots & Spots Die on a piece of plain Lovely Layers Vellum. (Conveniently, it came already cut to my desired size of 3 3/4" x 5".) I adhered a 2" x 5" strip of Country Floral Lane DSP to the centre of the vellum with Stampin' Seal, then I used the Seal to attach the vellum to a 4" x 5 1/4" Basic White panel. I love the clean look that results from white on white! To finish the card, I added two large hearts made with the Country Bouquet Punch: Sweet Sorbet & Petal Pink. For my customer cards, I used some other colour combos as well, drawing Sweet Sorbet, Petal Pink, Balmy Blue, and Mint Macaron from the DSP: Blog Hop Links Special Offers Sign up for my e-newsletter & receive a FREE tutorial by email! Anyone who knows me well knows I don't really like Valentine's Day! I'm not usually a heart person either. I'm not sure what prompted me to get the Country Floral Lane Suite. All I know is, once I started using it, I couldn't stop! Unfortunately, the punch is on back order but it will be back in April. This isn't just for Valentine's Day! Here are a couple of the cards I created. I used a different label on each. First was the Decorative Circle punch. On the second, I used the Seasonal Labels dies. They are currently on low inventory, so hurry if you want them! For the third, I used Tailor Made Tags dies which I love! You will receive a free tutorial with any purchase in my store. Spend $50 or more and you will receive a card kit to make the three cards above (not including stamped images). You will also be able to choose a FREE item in the Sale-a-bration catalog!!
