There are 10 cards that require your students to correctly identify the various types of verb tense. The types of verbs included on these exit slips are: present, future, past, present perfect, future perfect, past perfect, present progressive, future progressive, past progressive, past perfect progressive, present perfect progressive, & future perfect progressive Grammar Standards: L. 5.1b Standard L 5.1b is the focus, but slips also includes other forms of verb tense. You can print these cards off on cardstock and laminating them. Then, provide your students with the answer key sheet. This way you can use them over and over again. However, if you need to keep the exit slip for documentation as a form of summative assessment, all you will have to do is to print them off and make copies for each of your students.
