Gesucht sind Vorschläge für einen Neubau der Tagesbetreuung Hebel an der Gotthelfstrasse in St.Gallen. Der Neubau soll die Betreuungsangebote des Einzugsgebiets Hebel und Bach langfristig an einem Standort zusammenführen. Die Anlage soll für die Betreuung in familiärer Atmosphäre von 150 Kindergarten- und Schulkindern Platz finden. Die Einbettung des Neubaus oder der Neubauten in das östlich ansteigende Gelände sowie die Anbindung zur Turnhalle Hebel und angrenzenden Spielwiese «Bitzi» sind grundlegende Anliegen. Schaub Zwicky Architekten überzeugten das Preisgericht mit ihrem Beitrag «Louise», der einstimmig zur Weiterbearbeitung empfohlen wurde. Die drei Horte sind auf drei Geschossen angeordnet und verfügen zusätzlich zum Treppenhaus über einen eigenen Zugang mit einer geschwungenen Aussentreppe.
