InspirationOur home is a barn, not this one, but its a barn which has been all sorts of things in its previous incarnations. It used to be at the heart of a dairy farm, where the bull was tethered at times, in what is now our kitchen. It was also used during WW11 as we live adjacent to where Lancasters flew from. The barn in the print isn't our home, but I have always found these buildings intriguing. The print shows a traditional stone barn, it's walls and slanted tile roof show its age and history, while the debossed hydrangea bracts climb one end of the building. The red door welcomes in the inquisitive and I wonder what might lie inside? We’re all creative, so what did you imagine?
