Are you looking for an engaging way for your students to learn more about identifying parts of speech? For students who are learning English as an Additional Language, this activity could also involve learning new English vocabulary. Your students will enjoy creating these colourful mandalas by following the code, reading the words and finding the appropriate part of speech There are 5 different mandalas with answer keys. The worksheets come in two forms. The first has words printed in sections of the mandala and the second is without the printed words. Students can use the second version of the worksheet in two ways. 1. For colouring in by referring to the words printed on the first version. 2. Students can create their own mandala worksheets by using the parts of speech codes provided at the bottom of the page. Reference to the appropriate coloured mandala provided in the Answer Key page can be made while students create their own colour by code parts of speech mandalas. All of the worksheets are available for viewing in the preview. Products can be downloaded unlimited times.
