. Since one week I’m working on a braided rug, made from re-used T-Shirts. I cut the yarn using this tutorial (link) and started braiding with six yarn balls, which makes it two per string. . Initially I thought that I can sew the braided rope with the sewing machine, but this didn’t work out (it requires a very thin and strong needle), so I just sew it together by hand, using quilting thread. I don’t know yet how large this rug is going to become, but I guess I will stop, once I get bored :) Seit einer Woche arbeite ich an einem geflochtenem Teppich aus zerschnittenen, alten T-Shirts.
