This really is a serious pudding: velvety in texture, incredibly delicious and completely raw. This no-bake, luscious chocolate and coconut tart is very simple to make but delivers maximum impact. If you can't get hold of any raw cacao powder then you can just use a good-quality refined version, it won't take away from the flavour of the tart and it will be just as decadent. Be warned, this is so rich that a little goes a long way; you only need a tiny sliver, but it keeps well in the fridge or freezer.

Delicious Nutella buns
Chocolate and pistachio matchsticks Ingredients: 1 square 250g puff pastry - 120g dark chocolate (or milk chocolate) - 30g pistachios - 20g pistachio paste - 1 egg yolk Finely roll out the pastry, like for a tart, into a 28x30cm rectangle. Cut 4 strips, 7x30cm each. Roughly chop the chocolate and finely chop the pistachios. Distribute the pistachio paste making a line, along one length edge of each strip. It doesn’t need to be absolutely perfect. Quite the contrary, so that you have more or less pistachio-ed bites. Add one line of chocolate on top of the pistachio paste and distribute half the chopped pistachios on top of it all. Brush the other edge of the strip with yolk and roll them tight into a thin roll with the joint facing down. I advise you to ask for another pair of hands to help… unless Nature gifted you with octopus DNA. Pinch the ends of each roll to close them. Brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle the remaining pistachios on top. Bake in the oven, preheated at 180°C/350°F, for 20 to 25 minutes, keeping an eye on them.
