Free files: No-Shave Sign and Excuse Me Sign In some form of support for No-Shave November, I figure that books here in the library can show their appreciation for a fine mustache... My favorite just may be the Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge book right there in the middle. Here are some other close up shots... Simply put, I designed the signage for "No-Shave November" and "Excuse me, but I 'mustache' you to check out these books." Then I cut lots of different mustaches and found some gentlemanly pictures (oh, the power of a Google image search). The mustaches are simply taped on with a bit of rolled up Scotch tape (not too much). We used it to highlight juvenile biographies, since that's the homework project 'round these parts during this time of year. But the mustaches looked pretty great on some animal books, too. And because I'm so proud of my work, here's a free printable for the "Excuse me" sign! Click for larger version. Enjoy! I hope it inspires your library!
