So the journey to de-clutter, reinvigorate a love for yoga and cultivate peace of mind began a mere week ago. In this time I have fell on vastly different ends of the spectrum: fully energized and totally zapped. It's definitely a good reminder that things are meant to eb and flow; that you can't have light without dark; and you can't appreciate a totally clean kitchen if you haven't seen the dishes stacked a mile high.
