PRINCE Harry is the most interesting - indeed the most exciting - member of the Royal Family and this no-holds-barred biography tells his story for the first time. Son of the late Princess Diana - the most famous woman on Earth - and Prince Charles, the next king, and brother of William, the king after that, he is determined to live by his mantra: 'I am what I am'. From a childhood overshadowed by his parents' troubled marriage and scarred by the tragic death of his mother, to his brilliant public performances at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations, the London Olympics and his brother's wedding, this book charts the remarkable journey of a young man with an extraordinary destiny. Following in Diana's footsteps, his charitable works have taken him to far-flung corners of the world including Africa and the South Pole. It also reveals details of his extraordinary love life, telling for the first time what caused his affair with Cressida Bonas to collapse. The author has enjoyed unparalleled access to a wide variety of people whose lives Harry has touched: senior aides, humble members of palace staff, aristocrats, bodyguards, school friends, comrades-in-arms . . . and old flames. They piece together the tale of a young man who admirably has created a life so different from the one set out for him by what he describes as 'an accident of birth'.

About The Artwork I usually paint portraits of people not only because I like the appearance. As a rule, it's a holistic image of a person. To create a portrait, I am most often inspired by a person as a whole, his actions, it can be his work/hobby, etc. I really like everything Princess Diana has done for people. I am also impressed by her style in clothes and appearance in general. She is deservedly called the Queen of people's hearts. And I'll tell you a little about the technique of painting a portrait. This artwork was made on high-quality professional paper made of 100% cotton, Arches and watercolor paints of the Rembrandt brand. These materials guarantee 100+ years of safety from fading. Therefore, I do not worry about their safety, you will be able to enjoy the brightness of the paintings and not worry about fading. That's how this portrait was created. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's sixteen-day Autumn tour of Australia, Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand came to a close this afternoon with engagements in Rotorua. The Duke and Duchess visited Rainbow Springs to learn more about the centre’s kiwi breeding programme. Kiwi, which are New Zealand’s national bird, have become increasingly endangered in recent years, and Harry and Meghan had the opportunity to meet conservationists working to protect the species. The couple met two adorable chicks. The New Zealand Herald reports: "Guided by Kiwis for Kiwi's Michelle Impey and Rainbow Springs husbandry manager Emma Bean, the royal couple went behind the scenes of the hatchery - where a kiwi chick hatched just minutes before their arrival. The couple named the three-day old chicks, from Coromandel and Taranaki, Koha (meaning gift) and Tihei, from the Maori saying 'tihei mauriora' meaning 'the sneeze of life'." In 1929 a young man named Ted Bruce moved from Fielding to Rotorua, purchased a run-down dairy farm, covered in swampy ground and really not much use for anything. Ted must have seen something in that land though, because almost 90 years on, Rainbow Springs is one of the premier tourism attractions in Rotorua, welcoming thousands of guests each year. Between 1929 and 1932, Ted set about creating his vision on Rainbow Springs, building cabins, a campground and caravan park. He then started capturing the spring water that was erupting from the ground, forming the first pool - the Rainbow Pool, which flows for 2.5km, via a fish ladder into Lake Rotorua. Trout from the Fairy Springs creek were netted and transferred to the new pool. The Duke and Duchess headed into the city for a walkabout to meet members of the public. Meeting as many people as possible was a key objective for this tour. Harry and Meghan certainly achieved the goal spending as long as possible chatting with locals at every stop. A sea of well-wishers lined the area. Reporters said thousands turned out. The Duchess was immediately taken with two-year-old Catalina Rivera. She got through the barriers and held Meghan's hand as she did a little dance. Meghan hugged the little girl much to the delight of the screaming crowds. Prince Harry chatting with the crowd. Meghan meeting a little boy. What did locals make of the royals. The New Zealand Herald writes: 'Those spoken to said the wait had been worth it. Grace Collins, 18, said she didn't mind waiting three hours. "Oh my god, she is gorgeous," referring to Meghan. Four young boys got the best spot up a tree, right next to the crowd barriers. One of them, DJ Katia, said he had been waiting up the tree for just over an hour. His mum, Trudy, said it was a great idea, although he ended up getting a better view than her. Janine Colenso from Rotorua presented Meghan with a framed miniature korowai intended for Meghan and Harry's baby. She said it is tradition to give the first one you make away. She was hopeful Meghan would take it and her eyes lit up when she walked past her, stopped and took the gift. Sophia, Lily, Charlotte and Sophie from Ngakuru were ecstatic when Harry took their traditional NZ Buzzy Bees which they had wanted to give them for their Christmas tree. Rotorua royal watcher Barry Jenkins said it was incredible. "It is a great day." Debbie Whare and Reta Mutua had been waiting since 10am and had a fluffy kiwi toy to give Meghan and Harry. "We hope they take it for their baby." They were thrilled when Meghan took the stuffed toy. Carey Bryant went along at 2.30pm with her friends and although didn't get a great spot, being three rows back, still managed to have her hand shaken by Prince Harry. "I will never wash my hands again." Alison and Axel, 6, King got to talk to Harry after the prince spotted Axel's Heads Together charity headband. Alison, who is English but now lives in Rotorua, said he charity was formed by Harry with William and Kate. "It was the London Marathon official charity last year when I ran it and we all got the headbands in our race packs. Harry said 'where did you get that?'. "He asked me where we were from, if I ran the marathon and if I stole it from the charity," she laughed. "Axel claimed it as soon as he saw it so I knew that's what he should wear today to get his attention." A video from the walkabout. For their final engagement of the tour, it was a quick change for a visit to Redwoods Treewalk Rotorua. A great shot of Harry and Meghan. The treewalk is a 700m-long walkway of suspension bridges between 117-year-old Redwood trees. The forest is also the home to a thriving mountain biking community that draws people of all ages to the Redwoods. The Duke and Duchess learned about the forest’s history and took on the tree walk. As they made their way back to the car, Harry turned to the reporters and said "It's been great. Thank you". Meghan looked elegant in a gorgeous ensemble by Givenchy. A fitted crew neck sweater was teamed with a multi-toned pleated skirt. The shades of blue, indigo and black made for a striking combination. Clare Waight-Keller designed Meghan's wedding gown and the pair enjoyed a wonderful collaborative process. We can expect to see Givenchy in Meghan's wardrobe rotation with some frequency. Today's outfit is a very versatile one. The Duchess wore her Manolo Blahnik BB pumps in navy suede. The Duchess accessorised with the Boh Runga Discologo earrings Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern gave her. Meghan wore her hair in a very pretty updo. For the engagement at Redwoods, it is believed Meghan changed into Harry's Norrona Oslo Jacket (with thanks to Meghan's Mirror). Meghan also wore her $120 Birdies Blackbird Slippers. She's had them for over two years. In case you missed it, click here to read today's earlier post. You can catch up on all the tour coverage on the Royal Tour page. Sixteen days, over 70 engagements, countless memorable encounters, special moments with the people of Australia, Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand... We've been lucky enough to experience it all from the moment Harry and Meghan landed in Sydney. The tour began on a high with the delightful news Meghan is expecting. Thanks to the dedication, tireless work ethic and warmth of the Sussexes the momentum remained throughout. At each and every stop they were greeted by thousands and memories were made. The exhausting tour was a baptism of fire for the Duchess and she excelled every day. Together, Harry and Meghan have proven themselves more than worth of the title of Commonwealth Ambassadors representing Her Majesty with aplomb. I can only imagine how pleased and proud the Queen is. It was a privilege to cover Harry and Meghan's first joint tour here on Mad About Meghan. It feels like the right time to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who followed the tour here. Whether you're a silent reader, a longtime poster or a royalist who stopped by for the first time, it was a joy to follow it with you. I received so many supportive and kind comments, some of which spurred me on in the middle of the night when I was running on caffeine alone. I read every single comment and I'm so grateful you took the time to leave them. A special thank you to the royal reporters, fellow bloggers and photographers (especially Andrew Parsons and Stephen Lock) for their outstanding efforts keeping apace with the demanding schedule. We'll be chatting about the tour over the next week, there were so many fantastic moments and looks I would love to discuss in-depth. In the meantime, Harry and Meghan are enjoying their last evening in New Zealand. They will return to London tomorrow. I expect there's a good chance we'll see departure photos.

It was rife with secret godparents and awkward body language
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex introduced their beautiful baby boy to the world during a photocall at Windsor this afternoon. Hello Archie! He's an adorable baby. Who do you think he resembles? It's too early to say, although at this stage, I see a little more of mum. We've all been incredibly excited to see the little one for the first time and it was certainly worth the wait. Proud parents Harry and Meghan were beaming with joy, they are obviously savouring every moment of parenthood and getting to know their son. It's the first time we've seen the Duchess since late March, the new mother looked radiant. They both seemed elated and exhausted, a very typical combination at this stage. Omid Scobie reports their time with baby has been "peaceful and emotional". As hoped for, the couple chatted with reporter Alan Jones about their little one and the first days of parenthood. Speaking about her son, Meghan said: "He's just been a dream. It's been a special couple of days. He has the sweetest temperament. He’s really calm." Harry smiled and said "I don't know where he gets that from". When asked who the baby resembles, the Duchess said: "We’re still trying to figure that out." Harry added: "Everyone says babies change so much over two weeks. We’re basically monitoring how the changing process happens over this next month, really. His looks are changing every single day, so who knows?" After the photocall, the couple introduced Baby Sussex to Her Majesty and Prince Philip. Meghan said: We just bumped into the Duke (Prince Philip) as we were walking by which was so nice. It will be a nice moment to introduce the baby to more family. And my mom is with us as well." Harry took a peek at his son and joked: "There's a little bit of facial hair there". Meghan took the opportunity to thank well-wishers for their support: "Thank you everyone for all the well wishes and the kindness. It just means so much". The Duchess added: "I have the two best guys in the world, so I'm really happy". Due to rainy conditions in Windsor, Harry and Meghan decided to hold the photocall in St George's Hall inside the castle. The hall is used for State Banquets, receptions and is on the public visitor route throughout the year. More from the Royal Collection Trust: "St George's Hall had to be rebuilt after the fire of 1992, and features a ceiling studded with the coats of arms of every single Knight of the Garter since the order was founded in 1348. The armoured figure on horseback at the east end of the hall is known as 'The King's Champion'. The Champion used to ride into the Coronation banquet held in Westminster Hall, throw his gauntlet three times and challenge anyone to deny the authority of the new sovereign." Baby Sussex was born on Monday morning. The official Buckingham Palace press release read: "Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Sussex was safely delivered of a son at 0526hrs this morning. The baby weighs 7lbs 3oz. The Duke of Sussex was present for the birth. The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Lady Jane Fellowes, Lady Sarah McCorquodale and Earl Spencer have been informed and are delighted with the news. The Duchess’s mother, Doria Ragland, who is overjoyed by the arrival of her first grandchild, is with Their Royal Highnesses at Frogmore Cottage. Her Royal Highness and the baby are both doing well." It's been reported the Duchess gave birth at London's Portland hospital, however there's been no official word. The news was followed by an unforgettable and touching announcement from Harry. "I'm very excited to announce that Meghan and myself had a baby boy this morning, a very healthy baby boy. I'm so incredibly proud of my wife. It's brilliant, I'm absolutely thrilled. We're really grateful for all the love and support shown to us. It's been overdue so we have had a little bit of time to think about names so that's the next bit. I haven't been at many births. This is my first birth. It was amazing and absolutely incredible. I'm incredibly proud of my wife. Every father and parent will say your baby is absolutely amazing but this little thing is absolutely to die for. I'm over the moon." In case you want to watch it again (of course you do :)), here's the video. It was incredibly special to see him holding his son in his arms today. The Royal Regiment of Scotland marked the arrival by playing 'Congratulations'. Members of the royal family have been expressing their delight. Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall are currently undertaking an official visit to Germany. Granddad Charles said it's a "particular pleasure to be back in Berlin once again - especially as grandfather of a brand new grandson!". Charles also said: "We couldn’t be more delighted at the news and we’re looking forward to meeting the baby when we return." The couple have received an array of gifts and balloons. During a walkabout today, a member of the crowd showed Camilla a photo of Baby Sussex, to which she replied "Thank you very much". During an event at Cutty Sark yesterday, Prince William said: "Obviously thrilled, absolutely thrilled, and looking forward to seeing them in the next few days when things have quietened down. I'm very pleased and glad to welcome my own brother into the sleep deprivation society that is parenting." The Duchess of Cambridge added: "It's such a special time, obviously with Louis and Charlotte just having their birthdays, it's such a great time of year to have a baby. Spring is in the air. As William said, we look forward to meeting him and finding out what his name is going to be. It's really exciting for both of them and wishing them all the best. This next few weeks is always a bit daunting, the first time round, so we wish them all the best". From the couple's Instagram account: "Today The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are delighted to share their first public moment as a family. They are so incredibly grateful for the warm wishes and support they’ve received from everyone around the world, since welcoming their son two days ago." The photos shared on Instagram were taken by their wedding party photographer Chris Allerton. Several hours after the photocall there was a very special surprise in store. A historic photo of Harry, Meghan introducing Archie to the Queen and Prince Philip. The outstanding photo accompanied the announcement. "The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are pleased to announce they have named their first born child: Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor." The couple elected to forego a title for Archie. Of course this could change with the passage of time, however I doubt we'll see a title in the future. We've discussed Charles' plans for a streamlined monarchy and the fact it's incredibly unlikely Harry and Meghan's children will be working royals. Victoria Arbiter reports the couple are determined to afford their child as normal a life as possible and this is a part of that plan. Max Foster adds: "I understand the couple just liked the name Archie and that Harrison means son of Harry." People reports: 'The royal parents have decided not to give their child a courtesy title at this time, PEOPLE understands.' More from Sky News: 'A name of German origin, Archie is the shortened version of Archibald, meaning "genuine", "bold" and "brave". Meanwhile, Harrison is of Aboriginal origin and means "son of Henry" or "son of Harry". His full name means "Genuine, bold and brave son of Harry". Archie has become popularised recently in the UK according to the experts at Nameberry, who say the name is now in the top 20. Famous figures named Archie include Archie Kao, a US actor, Archie Manning, a former American Football player and Archie Andrews - a red-headed comic book character from the Archie comics.' Baby Sussex was wrapped up in the Ivory white leaves and flower baby shawl from G.H. Hurt & Son (with thanks to Tiegan). It is described as: "The intricately detailed Leaves and Flowers design is finished with a delicate shell stitched edging. Lovingly produced in the finest & softest merino wool. This Ivory White lacy baby blanket takes three days to produce and is crafted by eight pairs of skilled hands in our shawl factory in Nottingham, England. It is beautifully lined giving this large shawl a light and airy feel, perfect to wrap up your little ones." The company made two dozen shawls for the birth of Prince Charles and all three Cambridge children were introduced swaddled in their pieces. It's a very nice continuation of the tradition. Baby Sussex also wore their Cashmere baby hat. The Duchess chose a trench style dress today; it's a style she's long favoured and worn several times over the past year. The dress was a sophisticated choice and very much in keeping with Meghan's love of classic styles in neutral colours. The Telegraph's Bethan Holt revealed the dress was designed by Grace Wales Bonner, a rising talent in British fashion. This is going to be an incredible moment for the young designer. More from The Telegraph: 'Just last week, Wales Bonner was awarded the BFC/ Vogue Fashion Fund prize, offering a £200,000 boost to her business as well as high-level mentoring support. In the same week, she collaborated with Dior on its Resort collection, which was shown in Marrakesh. Her royal seal approval makes it a trio of recent triumphs. News that Wales Bonner had designed this dress, which denotes a key moment in Meghan's royal life, came via the British Vogue Instagram page. This suggests that the idea of her wearing the designer may have been arranged with the team at the publication. Meghan is said to have developed a close working relationship with editor Edward Enninful. The 28 year-old designer has been lauded for her sensitive approach to gender. She started out focusing on menswear but now shows her collections on both male and female models . Recent shows have examined how students dressed at Howard University, the first black university and Ram Daas, an American spiritual teacher who brought Eastern practices including yoga to the West- these are both topics which segue with Meghan's own interests.' Elle reports: 'My work is about showing non-prescriptive representation and pushing a broader spectrum of black representation. Hence you primarily see non-white models in her show, a move she defends. The industry is saturated with white models and, while I don't like the way people decide to "do a black show", this is simply a representation of beauty I'm trying to put out there.' Identity underscoring her work is unsurprising - it's something she says she began thinking about when she first started to grapple with her half-Jamaican, half-English heritage as a student in secondary school in south London. 'People were telling me who I should be: black, white. As I got older, I realised there's no prescriptive way of being anything. You negotiate your own identity.' The Duchess wore her Manolo Blahnik BB pumps in beige suede. They are available at Saks Fifth Avenue. Meghan accessorised with her Jennifer Meyer turquoise necklace. And her Natalie Marie studs. It seemed entirely fitting to introduce Baby Sussex at Windsor. It's provided the backdrop of Harry and Meghan's relationship - from romantic walks on the estate before the world knew they were together, to their engagement portraits, and wedding. When it came to choosing their home, Frogmore Cottage, was a very easy choice for the couple. Below, the couple leaving their engagement photocall at Kensington Palace. The Duke and Duchess celebrate their one year anniversary on the 19th, and will mark the day as a family of three. Seeing the couple with their baby today, I'm reminded of a piece Meghan wrote for The Tig in 2016, where she vowed to "Leave room for magic". She fulfilled that wish, and as she revealed today, life is magical. Wishing the couple the very best with their darling little boy.
