#1 Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Pootles - Love What You Do & Lovely Floral Embossing Folder I think it's safe to say that we've all been blown away by
Hello again friends, Don’t you love the detail in this Layered Florals 3D Embossing Folder (#162935). I dry embossed the Basic White card front (#159228) with the embossing folder. I then coloured one flower with Stampin’ Blends. I was going to do more flowers but once I did this one decided I liked it with just the one coloured. I used Lemon Lolly (#161673), Daffodil Delight (#154883), Petal Pink (#154893) and Soft Sea Foam (#154902) Stampin’ Blends. I matted the card with Daffodil Delight card (#121680). As I didn't have any Daffodil Delight Ribbon I coloured the Lemon Lolly from the Sheer Ribbon Combo Pack (#161635) using a dauber with Daffodil Delight ink (#161635). This was then wrapped around the card. The base card is also Basic White. “Thinking Of You” from the Go To Greetings stamp set (#158763) was stamped with Daffodil Delight ink (#147094), then cut with an Autumn Leaves die (#162185). The sentiment was attached with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (#144108). I added Wink Of Stella (#141897) to the flower and the embellishments are the Iridescent Foil Gems (#162842). “Love what you do and share what you love.” INSPIRE. CREATE. Today I will share how I created three different Get Well cards using the Healing Hugs stamp set. The first one as you can see is #simplestamping using just Very Vanilla Notecards and Envelopes along with Garden Green Ink and our Suite Season Specialty Washi Tape. It's a nice masculine card from a stamp set that you would think would be . . . at least not a first glance! This Get Well card takes advantage of DisINKtive stamping which means that a couple of the stamps in this set look like photographs when stamped. It's a really cool

I love the way this card turned out and perfect with this color combo from global-design-project.com this week. I used Night Of Navy for the base and layered a piece of Soft Sea Foam then a piece of white card stock embossed with the Ornate Floral embossing folder. I love this texture! I stamped the flowers from Forever & Always in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them with my Stampin Blends in Soft Sea Foam and Petal Pink. I also stamped the leaves the same and colored with Sea Foam. I cut them with the Always dies along with the Love in Night of Navy. I stamped the You in Navy on white and cut it with the skinny banner die from the same die set and it might be my fav die right now. Hope you have a blessed Thursday and thanks for stopping by! Hello and welcome to my card creation as guest designer for this Colour INKspiration Challenge for #CI51 I was lucky to win a previous Colour INKspiration challenge for #CI49. When I saw the inspiring photo for the challenge and beautiful colours. I just had to use the Occasions Catalogue Tea Together stamp set, Saleabration items Tea Time Framelits Dies and Country Floral Dynamic TIEF. The colours used are Berry Burst, Mango Melody, Highland Heather and Pear Pizzazz. I used the Water Colour paper, an Aqua Painter and Gold Embossed the Tea Together stamp set. I just love to water colour with these colours and giving the tea set a subtle look. The Tea Time Framelits was used to die cut the tea set. The Country Floral Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder was used for the background. I used the Berry Burst Ink, Sponge Brayer and I lightly placed Ink on the Embossing Folder before running it through the Big Shot. To finish off the card I used the gorgeous Pear Pizzazz Shimmer Ribbon and stamped the greeting also in Pear Pizzazz to match. Supplies Used Stamps: Tea Together Inks: Berry Burst, Highland Heather, Mango Melody, Pear Pizzazz and Versamark Papers: Water Colour Paper, Whisper White and Highland Heather Tools and Accessories: Big Shot, Tea Time Framelits Dies, Country Floral Dynamic TIEF, Stitched Shapes Framelits, Pear Pizzazz Shimmer Ribbon, Gold Embossing Powder, Embossing Buddy, Aqua Painter and Sponge Brayer. Hi everyone. I'm currently at a craft retreat with five wonderful stamping friends. We are having a week together getting inky and having lots of laughs. :) Today's card is just one of the many techniques we are playing with this week. This technique that has been around for a long time, but believe this is the first time for me to give it a try. Several years ago I bought this flower embossing folder from Stampin' Up! and honestly didn't use it very much. It has sat waiting for me and when I was researching embossing folder techniques (which is one of the set of techniques I am leading at the craft retreat), I found this idea and decided to play a bit. I'm happy with the results and am now looking a my embossing folders in a new way, and wanting to buy more. :) First, I embossed a piece of watercolour paper with my flower folder. Then using a brayer (or you could use a flat sponge, but it is a little more difficult), inked up the brayer with versamark and lightly ran it over the embossed image, catching the high spots of the design. Sprinkled clear embossing powder and heat set. This ensures I have a crisp outline of my image. I then watercoloured with distress inks. This time I only used Abandoned Coral, adding two layers of ink to create shaded areas. Stamped the sentiment several times with the same colour ink to get a good impression. Here's a close-up ... I hope you'll give this technique a try. Stamps: Many Everyday Messages (Hero Arts) Paper: Watercolour Paper (Arches 140 lb. Hot Press) Ink: Versamark; Distress Ink: Abandoned Coral Accessories & Tools: Manhattan Flower embossing folder? (SU!), clear embossing powder, heat tool, waterbrush
