I've had a small pile of 1' circles sitting on the edge of my desk for about a month. I didn't want to waste a scrap of Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper, so I punched a handful of circles to eventually use on a card. This week's CAS(E) This Sketch
Hello and welcome cack to todays Blog Post, today I want to share with you all a MUSR have stamp set, its called Label Me Bold and it is perfect for every occasion. If your wanting a sentiment stamp set that has subtle wording and can do with absolutely any design or theme then this is the stamp set to get! For this card I kept it simple, Stamped the Happy Birthday using all the inks from the Brights collection and cut them out and mounted them onto Black card stock and using the super cute Stars from the stamp set and embossed in white! Such a simple yet colourful card! All the items used to create this card can be found in my store
I have another card featuring the Label Me Bold set and this one is sooooo amazing!!!! I love the bright colors the black and white patterns and all that gold!!!! I stamped the thank you from the Label Me Bold set over and over in all of the Brights ink. I didn't take too much care doing this, some are crooked some don't line up exactly, it's all good! Just get them on there. If you did want exact placement the Stamparatus is great tool for that. After all my greetings were stamped I grabbed my So Sentimental Bundle for the greeting. I gold heat embossed it on Vellum and cut it out. LOVE!!!! To finish off the card I added some of that gorgeous black and white striped pattern from the Golden Honey Sale-a-Bration DSP. I finished it with a strip of Gold Glimmer Paper and some Gold Enamel Dots-which are still available!!! I love this card and everything about it! Supplies are listed below. Thanks for looking, see you soon!!! 04.29.20…..Welcome to Wednesday, everyone! Today, I was in the mood to create a some little 3″ x 3″ cards, and I decided to pull out the Label Me Bold Stamp Set. I just love the…
Hi everyone, the Flowering Foils Specialty Designer Series Paper is one of my favourite items from…
Hello and welcome to my blog. Thank you cards are forever useful and I love giving them out. I made these ones for Kylie Bertucci's International Project Highlights where the theme for February is Thank You. Now, I have a pile of them ready and waiting for when they are needed. I think that the colour combinations for this style of card are infinite. Bright, Subtle, Rainbow - they'd all work. I wanted to make a fun, fresh looking card and The Label Me Bold stamps fitted the bill perfectly! I have taken the idea of Simple Stamping very literally. I have just used one stamp from the set and used it repeatedly to make a banner saying Thank You. The Shimmery White card adds a little pizazz to the simple layout. Using my Snips I trimmed a single stamped image from a scrap of Shimmery White, leaving only a very skinny border, and mounted it onto a thin strip of card. This was placed as an accent on the middle row of the border of Thank Yous. How would you describe these cards? Clean and simple, quick and easy or fresh and fun. I'll let you decide! It was fun using different colour combinations. A firm favourite, and one I turn to often, is Gorgeous Grape/Highland Heather. Seaside Spray looks equally good with Night of Navy or Highland Heather. Other combinations I've used are Poppy Parade/Flirty Flamingo, Bermuda Bay/Coastal Cabana and Granny Apple Green/Night of Navy. Obviously, there are oodles more to try! These cards were quick to put together and I'm happy with how effective the simple layout is. I'm feeling pleased and well prepared with a pile of Thank You cards that are ready to go! Thank you for visiting my blog today. This Highlight is fun because you can vote for you favourite five projects in the gallery. At the end of the voting the top ten winners will get the chance to be part of an international blog hop that will take place at the end of February. I would love to take part in the hop, so would you help me by visiting the gallery and voting for my card? Hi everyone, today I have another sneak peek of items coming on 3 January 2020 in…
I used one of the stamps from Label Me Bold to create a soft background on the card to share with you today. This is the same stamp set I used for the cards I shared with you earlier this week. Here's the post. I die cut Whisper White cardstock using one of my Stitched Nested Labels dies. Then I inked up the background image in Basic Gray. first stamping off on scrap paper. The sentiment is from Dandelion Wishes and I stamp it full strenght in Basic Gray. Those cute little dots you see are also from the Label Me Bold stamp set, and I've stamped the image in Petal Pink. I fussy cut the floral images from the Parisian Blossoms Specialty Designer Series Paper. Aren't they pretty!! The leaves and sprigs were die cut in Basic Gray using the Birthday Dies. If you don't have the Silver Metallic Thread from Stampin' Up!, I highly recommend it. For a delicate card, it adds just the right amount of bling! I love the champagne foil accents on the Parisian Blossoms Specialty DSP, and makes such a pretty backdrop for the sentiment/floral layer....wouldn't you agree!! I know you love Sale-A-Bration freebies - just wanted to let you know, the items are available only while supplies last! If you have your heart set on the freebies, order soon! Om dit netjes voor elkaar te krijgen heb ik de stamparatus gebruikt. Een heel mooi stukje gereedschap voor als je bang bent dat je schuin stempelt. Heb je vragen over het kaartje van vandaag? Hi everyone, sharing another card I made using the Botanical Prints Product Medley and the Label Me Bold stamp set. No lemons on today's card, just the oranges (I think they are oranges, but I could be wrong). The Botanical Prints Product Medley box of goodies make card making so easy. You get Designer Series Paper, Stamp set, Dies, die cut accents, laser cut sheets, ribbon and copper bee embellishments. For the background I embossed a piece of Whisper White cardstock using the Tin Tile Embossing folder. The elements behind the Basic Black Circle were stamped using Black Memento ink and die cut. I get these plain as I wanted the die cut accent as the main focal point. This is a quick and easy card to make, the longest part was deciding on what card sketch I was going to use. If you live in Australia you can get all the supplies you need for this project from me. You can place an order online or Contact Me and place an order. SHOP WITH ME! Thank you for visiting. Hi! Welcome to the new Art With Heart Monthly Creative Showcase! This month the Art With Heart Team are featuring Monochromatic cards, that is cards that only use different shades of the same colour. This is a great opportunity for us to demonstrate the wonderful range of Stampin’ Up! colours across our inks, papers and embellishments that can be combined to produce the amazing monochromatic samples we have to share with you. I actually found it quite difficult to narrow down which colour I was going to use! There are so many fabulous colours to choose from in Stampin' Up!'s colour families. In the end I went with Bermuda Bay and Pool Party, mostly because of this sheet of DSP in the Lily Impressions pack - why have I not played with this paper sooner??? I love how it looks like paint smeared on a canvas, and best of all, it is free with a qualifying order during Sale-A-Bration! I stamped the lady and lanterns from Power Of Hope in Memento ink and coloured them with my Bermuda Bay and Pool Party Stampin' Blends. I didn't colour the lanterns or umbrella much - just a quick swipe of Light Pool Part in key places. I used another Sale-A-Bration freebie to decorate the card - some Bermuda Bay sequins from the Metallic Baker's Twine and Sequins Combo Pack. The sentiment is from Label Me Bold, stamped in Bermuda Bay. In order to get the white streaks in the DSP in the spot I wanted on my card, I had to crop a wide strip from the DSP first. Waste not, want not, I used it on the inside of my card! It's wider than I'd usually crop the paper, so I chose not to add a sentiment to leave enough room for writing. That's all from me, now you're off to see what the wonderful Kate Morgan has made. What colour has she chosen? We don't see each other's cards until we do the hop, so it's a surprise for us too! Bye for now, Tina If you have a broken link or have come to this blog hop midway, you can view all the participants below: Rebecca Jacovou Tina Gillespie Kate Morgan Sharon Davern Vicki Boucher Catherine Proctor Rachel Woollard Andrea Sargent Caroline Manwaring Claire Daly Michele Taylor
