LOVE this new set in the brand new catalogue - its called "Bloom with Hope" and its a new Hostess set. I am looking forward to using it for lots of different techniques as its the kids of set that will work well. I can see it embossed, watercoloured, simply stamped, masked.. in fact it is very versatile. So as a demonstrator I had an opportunity to get it early (it was free for me.. yippee!) and have a play. Today I did something simple but subtle with it. I stamped it in Soft Suede ink onto Crumb Cake card stock, masking some of the stamps as I stamped more over the top. Then I used a blender pen with some Whisper White Craft Ink to lightly fill in some of the petals, and added a little Pear Pizzaz ink to some of the leaves. The sentiment is from the same set. I love that this is simple but so effective! Have you booked into my launch events next weekend yet? I now am full for the Sunday afternoon event, but still have spaces at the Saturday evening event (5th July) so please click HERE to email me and book your spot. Its only $15 to attend and you will go home with 3 completed projects and of course a new catalogue. There will be prizes for everyone, and supper too. Its a great night! So I hope to see you there.. or at a class or workshop soon! Here's another shot of today's card for you:

"That Michelle" strikes again! I hosted a New Catalog Swap for some demonstrators, and this is one of Michelle's contributions. Over the next few weeks you will get to see lots of the 44 awesome swaps. That Michelle used the Hostess Stamp Set Bloom With Hope. All four of her cards are just this beautiful. She used the new Stampin' Up! Blendabilities and "fussy cut" all the flowers. You need to make plans to stop by the Rubber Room and view this creation in person! It is truly breathtaking.
Sponging into an aperture is the technique used by UK Stampin' Up demonstrator Vicky Hayes on this pretty card inspired by the English countryside.
I used another stamp from the Bloom With Hope stamp set and wanted to share with you. I also used a sketch from last week’s Paper Player’s challenge #201 and this week’s challeng…
This has GOT to be one of my favorite hostess stamp sets of all time! I LOVE Stampin' Up!'s new Bloom With Hope set. And our Blendabilities alcohol-based markers that just became available
Hi there Sympathy cards are not the kind we want to make everyday. However, when my husband had need of one for a colleague recently (in a hurry, as always!) I went straight to the gorgeous 'Bloom with Hope' Hostess stamp set. It has the perfect images for such an occasion and I even cased the frame from the card that was displayed in the Catalogue. I think Smoky Slate is the perfect colour for such an occasion as it evokes (to me) calmness and serenity, so I started with that and paired it with Pink Pirouette and lots of...
Layered stamping and colouring with markers are techniques used on this dramatic card from UK Stampin' Up demonstrator Vicky Hayes!

The card is for the Mojo Monday sketch challenge this week, using the new SU Something Borrowed paper from the current mini catalog and the Bloom With Hope stamp set. Also used the new Sahara Sand lace ribbon, Basic Gray taffeta, and white stitched ribbons. Using the matching embellishments, I decorated a crystal snowflake with this pretty little rhinestone and silver goodie with some pearls on a snowflake ornament from Rite Aid in the clearance bin. It looks so pretty in real life!
I created this beautiful gate fold card based on a card I received from a swap at Inspire Create Share 2014 from Sara Bolz. I just love how elegant this card is and how easy it is to make. This is the inside panel of the card. And, to give you all the measurements and […]

Hello Peeps !!! Happy Friday !!! I really didn't get to used this set before it retired, so I used it to make a birthday card for October birthdays. I started with a background embossing folder, stamped my main image and did some coloring. I used two different kinds of ribbon and embellished with buttons. Hope you like it. Thanks for stopping by. Have a wonderful day stampin' Chat
Sometimes a stamp set will inspire me to challenge myself to use all of the images on one card. Here's my attempt using Bloom with Hope. Use a permanent Black ink pad such as Jet Black StazOn or the new Tuxedo Black Memento pad. Stamp the images on copy paper (cheap, thin paper is best) and cut them out. I used 1 of each of the flowers with stems, 2 big flowers and 3 daisies. Position the cut outs until you like the arrangement. -stamp the foreground image first, then cover it with the cut out mask (I use repositionable TomBow adhesive) -keep stamping the images and masking them -use a sponge dauber with Pear Pizzazz ink to fill in the spaces and to add colour along the edge -stamp the leaf images -remove all the masks -colour the flowers I used: So Saffron and Hello Honey for the flowers with stems and Crushed Curry with Old Olive in the centres Pink Pirouette and Blushing Bride for the large flowers and So Saffron in the centres Soft Sky and Smoky Slate for the daisies and Daffodil Delight with Crushed Curry for the centres Pear Pizzazz and Wild Wasabi for the leaves Supplies Stamps -Bloom with Hope Ink -Memento or StazOn pad -So Saffron marker -Pink Pirouette marker -Blushing Bride marker -Soft Sky marker -Pear Pizzazz marker -Wild Wasabi marker -Daffodil Delight marker -Old Olive marker -Crushed Curry marker -Smoky Slate marker -Hello Honey marker Paper -Whisper White card stock -Pistachio Pudding card stock -So Saffron card stock
It has been awhile since a played with a current sketch, so I took the time to play with the Mojo Monday Sketch 353. I pulled out the Bloom with Hope Hostess Stamp Set. I love to watercolor the images using my aqua painter and ink pads. I was inspired to play with Blushing Bride and Pear Pizzazz. I did use some of the retired Pear Pizzazz ruffled ribbon, I love that ribbon. Let me know what you think! The stamp set "Bloom with Hope" is the perfect set to use with the new Blendabilities. It's one of the hostess sets in the new catalog. For this card I used the masking technique to layer the flowers on my card stock.

I've always loved colouring in stamped images whether it be water colouring with the Aqua painter or using the blender pen so you can probably guess what some of my favourite products are in the new Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue. Yep! Blendabilities! So over the next week or so I'm going to feature some of my most recent creations that use the Blendabilities alcohol markers. There first one uses the hostess set Bloom with Hope. This set lends itself perfectly to being coloured in and to highlight and shade in the image. I used the Cherry Cobbler and Daffodil sets for the flower image and Old Olive for the leaves. Because its a hostess set the only way you can get your hands on it is to host a workshop with over $300 (AUD) in sales or put in a $300 (AUD) order and you will get $50 hostess dollars to use on either the hostess only stamp sets or to put towards any in the catalogue that's on you wish list for free.
