I lägenheten, som uppfördes i slutet av 1940-talet, är både planlösningen och många originaldetaljer bevarade. Här talar vi verkligen om välplanerad funkis, där alla rum är generösa i storlek och förvaringen är inbyggd och genomtänkt. Köket har sin ursprungliga skåpinredning kvar och har också plats för matbord. Vardagsrummet är ett ljust och lättmöblerat sällskapsrum med originalparkett på golvet. Ett extra rum får man sommartid, när pardörrarna till lägenhetens balkong öppnas. Här ryms både odlingar och vänner. Intill vardagsrummet ligger ett mysigt och rymligt sovrum. Rummen binds ihop av en tvådelad hall med suverän förvaring i både garderober och klädkammare. Atmosfären är helt igenom hemtrevlig och accentueras av nyligen målade väggar i ljusa, varma kulörer. Huset ligger fint placerat i grönska, alldeles intill ett kuperat skogsparti, och med förträffligt utgångsläge till hela klustret Midsommarkransen – Telefonplan – Aspudden.
