I noticed the other day that our UPS delivery man was so happy and friendly even though he said he is busier right now than he usually is at Christmas! With so many extra deliveries during this shelter in place time, he was still delivering with a smile! So THANK YOU to all of the delivery people out there bringing us our orders, products, groceries, etc., during this stressful time, and thank you for doing it with a smile and a kind word! I appreciate that you always deliver with a smile! The Stampin' Up! set: You Always

I am sharing a card made with the You Always Deliver stamp set, this would be a great stamp set for anyone who has is small business where they are shipping our orders and want to include a little something special for your customer along with their purchases! When I attended the Stampin' Up! Ohio Business Gathering in Columbus the other day and made these special cards for the ladies on our Buckeye Inklings Team by combining the You Always Deliver set and the Grandma's House stamp set. This would work for Etsy shop owners, Avon ladies, Thirty-One bags, Chalk Couture - you get the idea! I don't know about you, but I love it when the UPS truck stops at my house! Here is my recipe: Crumb Cake cardstock base 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4" and folded in half. Soft Suede - 5 1/4" X 4" mat layer Daffodil Delight - 5" X 3 3/4" mat layer Whisper White - Stamped layer - 4 5/8" X 3 5/8" I stamped the delivery man, the sunshine sentiment and the house with Memento Black ink using my Stamparatus, then colored the scene using Stamping Blends. I stamped the little dotted circular stamp in the now retired set of Balloon Celebration to make the sun over the word sunshine. I stamped the packages on Crumb Cake paper and fussy cut those out and adhered it in the delivery man's hands with some Dimensionals. Then cut a piece of the gingham Crumb Cake DSP with my stitched rectangles die, sized 3/4" X 2 1/2", I punched a Classic Label out of Daffodil Delight and stamped the sentiment with Soft Suede ink, I adhered the label on the gingham with Dimensionals as well. I topped it all off with a little double bow tied with Linen Thread and adhered it to the corner with a glue dot. 📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦📦 I hope the UPS truck stops at your house today with something good! If you want it to stop at your house with some fabulous Stampin' Up! Supplies you can start shopping right here on my web site! If you don't already have a Stampin' Up Independent Demonstrator that you work with - I would love to be your coach! You can shop 24/7 by clicking the little store front on my side bar, that will take you to my Stampin' Up! store. Please use the hostess code that is posted at the top of the side bar. If you spend more than $35.00 before shipping and tax - I will send you a 6X6 inch sample selection of some of the new Designer Series Papers, including Mosaic Mood and Perennial Essence - be sure to use my hostess code. I will be happy to include the New 2019-20 Creativity is Calling Catalog.
Hi everyone! Today I am so happy to be part of the Greek Isles Trip Achievers Hop! I have 2 cards to share with you that use the adorable You Always Deliver stamp set First up is my customer Thank …
I made this card for my Husband. Today is his 49th Birthday.🎂 He is not much for celebrating, so I love the sentiment on the inside of the card.. "Get Excited" Apparently he did get excited about his favorite treats I made last night, because this morning when I took a picture of the apple crisp, there were a few bars missing.😉 I included a picture for evidence. haha I have to say this card did NOT in any way go at all in the direction I wanted it too. The only thing that I stamped the same in my minds eye was the background circle.. That I planned from the get go, however the other pieces where all because everything else I tried just didn't seem to have the "aha" I was looking for. The stamp sets featured in this card are: Stampin Up: You Always Deliver Stampin Up: Barnyard Babies (sentiment on front) Stampin Up: Making Christmas Bright I will submit this card to the challenge at: Sunday Stamps I have a quick question. Do you sell things on Etsy? I do, and I'm happy with my little shop, however they have been saying customers are happier with free shipping. Goodness shipping is expensive, so in order to fix it in the cost of cards, or projects I feel like it would be to expensive and no one would buy cards. What are your opinions? I'm most interested. Would you buy a card for say $7.50 if it was free shipping.. or would you pay $4.00 for a card and pay $3.50 shipping? Thanks for your input.. Please check out my little store and let me know what you think. PJ's PROJECTS Thank you also for stopping by for a visit. Keep Smiling and Keep Stamping PJ
Welcome to my blog! I just received Stampin' Up's new "You Always Deliver" stamp set and I've been mulling over ways to use it. This card was inspired by Lisa Curcio's design for a Corner Tuck Fold card - here's my version: Such cute images in this set! A nice variety of sentiments, too. This one was perfect for the recipient I have in mind. The card opens by untucking the corner to reveal the greeting inside. This greeting comes from the Butterfly Gala stamp set. Here's how it's made - Poppy Parade card base 4-1/4" x 8", scored at 5-1/2" Poppy Parade cardstock for the corner cut 2-1/4" x 2-1/4", cut on the diagonal (use only half for this card) Night of Navy cardstock 3-1/4" x 4-5/8" Stitched Rectangle Die size 3" x 4-3/8" (cut 2) Come Sail Away Designer Paper 2-1/4" x 4" The coloring was all done with Stampin' Blends. The tone-on-tone flowers in the corner are from the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set as well as the "for you" tag, which is attached with a Stampin' Dimensional. The corner triangle is adhered with 3 glue dots - one at each point of the triangle. Dear international readers, this blog post is in Dutch. Hi friends, this card is perfect for a technique that's an oldie but a goodie - Paper Piecing. If you're not familiar with that term, it refers to stamping on patterned paper and then cutting certain parts of the image to add to another stamped image - on this card, the girl's skirt. The white packages are brushed with Wink of Stella so they're really glittery and pretty. I love the Wintry 3D Embossing Folder on the top half of the card - I just got it recently and I'm using it a lot! I used Thick Basic White cardstock for the card base and regular weight Basic White for the layers. This card uses 2 of the free items available during Sale-a-Bration - the plaid skirt is cut from Peaceful Prints DSP and the sparkly strip separating the top & bottom of the card is Be Dazzling Specialty Paper. My stash of Christmas cards is growing every day! I'll be sharing more of them with you from now until December. Hope I can inspire you to start stamping yours early, too! I just received some swaps back in the mail today - yippee! Always a fun treat to find swaps in the mailbox. As I was swooning over them, I was immediately drawn to these three card made with the Delivering Cheer stamp set, new from the 2021 Jul-Dec Mini Catalog. This set reminds me of paper dolls (hmm...that dates me, doesn't it?) Check them out... Note: Lou Ann used the FREE Sale-a-Bration Peaceful Prints Designer Series Paper ($50 level) to paper piece the skirt...brilliant! Hand Delivered Graduation Card Yesterday I posted a few graduation cards featuring the Large Letters and Large Number Framelits. Today, I am showing a graduation card that shouts out girl! I am in love with the host stamp set Hand Delivered and had to create yet another card featuring the cute set. Look at the Hand Delivered Graduation Card. Stampin' Blends! One of the best items introduced by Stampin' Up! are the Stampin' Blends. In October 2017, with a little hesitation I decided it was time to embrace the alcohol markers. Well I can tell you I LOVE
I made this card for the challenge at: Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge The stamp set featured in this card is: Stampin Up: You Always Deliver I was going to color in the little mail dude with brown to make him a UPS driver, however I thought there was a bit to much brown going on, so I chose to do the traditional Postal Service color. This was a fun card to make. I will share a few pictures and a link of the "Big Boy" train. My kids and I went to see it. Quite a thrill I must say. This old steam engine brought tears to my eyes, I tend to get emotional over things, but as I stood there waiting with my sticks to support me and my kids it was wonderful. My kids have grown up next to railroad tracks their whole life, and the past 18 years we have lived next to a train yard, so never a quiet moment, but this old steam engine was a delight. As you can see everyone had their smartphones up in the air to snap a picture, I held my 35mm camera, and my son commented on the fact that all this fancy technology wasn't even around when this amazing train was built, yet the train still runs, and things of today just don't seem to last long. Thank you for stopping by for a visit. Keep Smiling and Keep Stamping PJ

Today's card features Stampin' Up Delivering Cheer Stamp Set. I used the colors from this weeks color challenge over at Hand Stamped Sentiment. The card front is a panel of Stampin' Up Blackberry Beauty DSP adhered to a Smokey Slate panel. I wrapped a piece of Stampin' Up Metallic Mesh Ribbon around the card front and tied a knot. I die cut a piece of Basic White with Stampin' Up Stitched So Sweetly Die Set. I stamped the dress skirt from Stampin' Up Delivering Cheer Stamp Set on a piece of Stampin' Up Harvest Meadow DSP with black ink. I fussy cut the skirt with my Stampin' Up Paper Snips. I stamped the packages and legs/feet from Stampin' Up Delivering Cheer Stamp Set with Mementos Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the images with Stampin' Blends: Balmy Blue, Smokey Slate, Rich Razzleberry and Pale Papaya. I fussy cut the images. I adhered the cut images to the Basic White die cut using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I stamped the sentiment from Stampin'Up Time Of Giving Stamp Set with Basic Gray ink on a piece of Smokey Slate. I die cut the sentiment with Stampin' Up Frightful Tags Dies. I adhered the tag to the card front. I adhered the Basic White die cut to the card front with Stampin'Dimensionals. I embellished the front with Stampin' Up Subtle Shimmer Sequins. The card front was adhered to a Rich Razzleberry card base. The inside is a panel of Basic White cardstock. I stamped the snowflake image from Stampin' Up Time of Giving Stamp Set with Smokey Slate ink in 2 corners. I stamped the same image after stamping off 2 times in the center. I stamped the sentiment with Smokey Slate. Check out the updated Clearance Rack here. New Product Alert: Love Santa Kit Supplies:
