Ingredients: • 250 gm butter at room temperature (2 sticks + 1 tablespoon) • 150 gm confectioner's sugar (1/3 lb) • 2 tsp. vanilla extract • 1 large egg • 450 gm all-purpose flour (1 lb) • 1/2 tsp. saltPreparation: 1 Mix butter, confectioner’s sugar and vanilla extract till a creamy mixture.
