Jeg laver altid æggekager og lignende i ovnen, da jeg ganske enkelt synes, at det giver et langt bedre resultat end på en pande. Æggekage med Pølser og Pasta til 2 personer Ingredienser: 2 dl. mælk 4 æg 2 spsk. finthakket persille 1 tsk. groft salt friskkværnet peber 1 tsk. olie 100 g. pasta (nudler, skruer el. lign) 1 grofthakket løg 150 g. levevis cocktailpølser (fås i Føtex) Fremgangsmåde: 1. Kog pastaen og lad den dryppe af. 2. Svits løget i olie ca. 5 min. 3. Tilsæt pølser, skåret i 2-3 stykker hver, og svits et par minutter. Hæld i bunden af et ildfast fad. 4. Hæld også pastaen i fadet og vend lidt rundt, så den blandes med løg og pølser. 5. Rør mælk, æg, persille, salt og peber sammen og hæld over pastablandingen. 6. Gratiner 20 min ved 200 grader og server med grøn salat.

Ingredients : 1/2 dozen ripe saba (banana plantain) 1 cup chopped langka (jackfruit) 1/2 cup brown sugar lumpia (spring roll) wrappers oil, enough for deep frying Cooking Procedures : Cut banana in half, and cut each half into 3 pieces. Roll slightly each banana piece in sugar. Place coated bananas on top of eachlumpia wrapper (this will depend to your liking on how many pieces of banana slices for each wrapper), spread with choppedlangka (jackfruit), carefully wrap and roll into shape of egg roll. Seal the ends with water or egg white. Fry in deep medium-high oil. Sprinkle 1/8 teaspoon of sugar over your turon. This will caramelize and stick to your turon. Flip yourturon to coat evenly with caramelized sugar. Fry until golden brown and crisp. Remove from pan and set over wax paper for a couple of minutes and then enjoy! Variations: -Sesame seeds maybe sprinkled while turon is still hot and the sugar has not set. -Maybe served with ice cream for dessert or just as is for snack!
