Cowabunga! This thing is nothing short of spectacular. The temptation to keep was strong just because it’s so outrageous and unique, but I…just…don’t need this. But YOU DO. Interesting halter strap type design…the scrunchy thingies slide around, and the one that connects the straps in the back can move, so you can adjust this bad boy. Meant to be worn probably with something underneath for ladies, since the sides are sooooo open and it’s pretty slouchy. It would be super cute over a swimsuit on the beach, or with a crazily patterned t shirt underneath. Oh yes, there are pockets! The only flaw is one tiny hole about the size of 2 grains of rice on the back left side, just below the strap. This is marked “One Size”, which I’m sure isn’t quite true, but it should fit a variety of sizes. Fabric has a fair amount of stretch.
