Crush the dill chips and mix them with the ground beef. Shape the mixture into four 3-4 ounce meatballs. Oil the griddle with a paper towel. Place the meatballs on the griddle and press them with a Blackstone burger press (you can use a piece of parchment paper between the burger and press to prevent sticking). Season the patties with salt and pepper. Add more oil to the griddle and saute the diced onions. Flip the patties to ensure they are fully cooked, then top them with the cheese and onions.
