Parmi les options fraîcheur pour accompagner un braisé à la coréenne , il y a celle de ces sandwichs, inspirés du bo ssam, un plat coréen de viande braisée et tranchée finement. Pour accompagner notre tendre morceau de bœuf, on prépare une salade de légumes, faite de concombre et de radis qui ont légèrement macéré dans du vinaigre de riz et du sucre, et une mayonnaise à l’huile de sésame. Le tout est servi dans un pain hot- dog brioché. Ultra frais et croquant.

Une des garnitures peut-être aussi traditionnelle chez nos voisins d'Outre-Manche que le jambon-beurre chez nous, c'est le sandwich aux œufs et cresson. C'est après avoir acheté une barquette de cette salade dernièrement que j'ai eu l'idée de préparer ces sandwiches, en trouvant l'inspiration tout autant chez Isabelle (La cuisine d'ici et d'ISCA) que chez Hélène (Keskonmangemaman ?). Et comme on ne se refait pas, ma version est au Thermomix... Pas indispensable bien sûr, mais j'ai trouvé ça très pratique pour hacher juste comme il faut le cresson et les œufs sans en faire de la bouillie... Enjoy your meal !! Ingrédients 2 œufs 50 g de cresson de fontaine 50 g de mayonnaise maison 1/2 jus de citron 6 tranches de pain de mie Préparation Faire cuire les œufs durs. Les écaler et les réserver. Laver le cresson et l'essorer. Le mettre dans le bol du Thermomix et programmer 3 secondes, vitesse 5. Racler les parois du bol. Ajouter les œufs durs coupés en 2, la mayonnaise et le jus de citron. Mixer 5 secondes, vitesse 3. Le but n'est pas d'obtenir une purée, mais juste mélanger les ingrédients. Répartir la préparation sur 3 tranches de pain de mie. Recouvrir chacune d'une deuxième tranche. Couper les sandwiches en 2 ou en 4, en diagonale ou en carrés. Placer au réfrigérateur au moins 30 minutes avant dégustation.
