Il tempo corre veramente veloce.. siamo a - 10 da Maggio al Poggio, ho ancora da fare un sacco di cose.. Ieri mattina, domenica, però ho voluto "riavvicinarmi" alla cucina che stò trascurando veramente molto per sperimentare una ricettina che avevo letto sulla rivista Cucina Moderna, mi aveva incuriosita.. gli ingredienti erano in casa e l'ho provata.. ecco il risultato.. Perfetto per un brunch domenicale, da portare ad un picnic, per un aperitivo veloce, per un antipasto Green.. HUMMUS DI CECI E RUCOLA con RAVANELLI E FINOCCHI Ingredienti: 400 GR. CECI LESSATI 1 MAZZETTO DI RUCOLA SELVATICA 100 GR. YOGURT GRECO 1/2 CUCCHIAI SUCCO DI LIMONE 1 FINOCCHIO GRANDE 1 MAZZETTO DI RAVANELLI 3 cucchiai di OLIO EXTRAVERGINE SALE Versare in una ciotola il succo di limone filtrato, aggiungere i ceci lessati privati della loro pellicina bianca (questo è un lavoro un po' lunghetto), lo yogurt, l'olio e un pizzico di sale. Mescoliamo per amalgamare gli ingredienti. Laviamo intanto la rucola, la spezzettiamo e l'asciughiamo e uniamola al composto di ceci. Trasferiamo tutto in un mixer e frulliamo bene fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo. Puliamo i ravanelli, i finocchi, ma se vogliamo possiamo aggiungere carote, cetrioli, peperoni, pezzettini di pane tostato, quello che ci piace, come per un normale pinzimonio. E serviamo in una ciotolina o dividiamo in più ciotoline, una per ogni ospite. Che ne pensate? Io l'ho trovato fresco, gustoso, un po' pizzichino e poi era del mio colore preferito.. e quindi più carino dell'hummus di soli ceci ;-) Ovviamente da provare!!!! Avevo detto che non mi avrete sentita per un po'.. ed invece non ho resistito!!! Ora però vi saluto e torno ai miei lavori..
