STORY: As I drove down country roads in West Virginia on overcast day. I was surrounded by spectacular fall color. In my head I kept hearing John Denver singing, "Country roads, take me home To the place I belong West Virginia, mountain mama Take me home, country roads." As a landscape photographer, I love "s" curves and winding roads so when I came to this spot in the road it was put the vehicle in park, get out the camera an take a photograph. The "leading lines" in this photograph visually take you down that winding road pausing along the way to enjoy the fall color. This photograph hanging on your wall will truly take you home to those beautiful hills and valleys of West Virginia.
