This listing is for a twenty minute distance Reiki session. I am a certified level 2 Reiki practitioner trained in traditional Usui Reiki. Reiki is an energy that can be shared by an attuned practitioner to support you in the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. Reiki provides excellent support for anything you are going through. The healing energy of Reiki takes place on all levels so whatever you are dealing with can be addressed during the session. With Reiki you can be anywhere in the world to receive it, you do not need to be in the presence of the practitioner in order to benefit from the powerful healing energy of Reiki. It can be more convenient doing it from the comfort of your own home and just as effective as an in person session. Reiki energy works wherever you are, it reaches you just as it is meant to. Once you checkout I will contact you via messages and will request your name and the intention prior to the session. We can also discuss any issues or questions you may have that you'd like to work through. Together we will arrange a time and date that is convenient for you to receive the Reiki energy. You don't have to do anything during the session other than just be aware of it coming through to you and it does help if you are in a relaxed state, so just laying or sitting during the duration of the session is sufficient, you can be inside or outside in nature sitting or meditating. I wouldn't advise receiving Reiki while driving or are preoccupied with doing other things just because it allows you a deeper connection and a more fulfilling experience. You may also purchase a session as a gift for someone else. Feelings of inner peace, release of pain and tension, lowered anxiety, answers, and expansion of conscious awareness are common after a Reiki session.
