Hand-eye coordination involves our eyes taking in visual information, and the brain responding by sending signals to the arms and hands to react, according to Harvard Health. We can improve this skill by doing different types of exercises like this one. Includes: 1 Board and 8 pages with exercises for Right and Left Hand for Beginners 1 Board and 8 pages with exercises for Right and Left Hand for Advanced Instructions: With the index finger of the left hand, the child should follow each shape on the board and perform the corresponding exercise with the right hand.
