Brent Jensen is an American artist. He received his B.A. in Art from the University of Utah and previously owned a successful architectural illustration company for 12 years. Jensen has worked full-time as a plein-air and studio oil painter since 2007. He is a member of several art clubs, including the American Impressionist Society, the American Society of Marine Artists, and Oil Painters of America, and regularly exhibits with them in yearly shows. His work has also been featured in publications such as International Artist magazine, the ASMA News and Journal, and Art of the West magazine. As a traditional Impressionist oil painter, Jensen uses a loose approach and limited palette to create paintings that allow for multiple viewer interpretations.
