(Print) What you need: Pork chops, trimmed 1 cup flour 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. black pepper 1 1/2 tbsp. ground ginger 1 tbsp. ground nutmeg 1 tsp. ground thyme 1 tsp. ground sage 1 tbsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 2 eggs 4 tbsp. water Directions: Sift together flour and seasonings in a pie dish. Mix together eggs and water in a separate bowl to create an egg wash. Salt and pepper both sides of pork with salt and pepper. Then dip in flour mixture. Then dip in egg wash. Then dip back in flour mixture. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown both sides of pork chops until they are golden and crispy. Drain on paper towel-lined plate and prepare Honey Garlic Sauce (recipe follows). Honey Garlic Sauce What you need: 2 tbsp. olive oil 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup honey 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 tsp. ground black pepper Directions: In a saucepan, soften garlic in the olive oil over medium heat.
