This motivating themed inferencing adapted book Bundle includes 4 ten page adapted books that require students to identify pictures by category, feature, function, and more to “guess” or label a named object. Staff can read aloud, or students can read independently if they are readers. Students can identify pictures in a variety of ways including: using a dry erase marker to draw a circle around the pictures, draw an “X” on the “non- example”, or use a Velcro “X” icon. After identifying the picture, students “guess” (label) the described object and remove the birthday present, magic hat, treasure chest or Easter Egg icon that is hiding the picture of the named object.
