The energy and playfulness at Libertine‘s spring presentation earlier this week was 110% infectious. Not a single piece of clothing was unembellished – either with sprayed graffiti, crystals, floral patterns, or embroidery. Models bounced around and…
Every niche of photography has its own set of challenges, and shooting concerts certainly doesn’t come easy. Moving subjects? Dark room? Constantly changing lighting conditions? Situations such as these happen all the time. Taking great photos at concerts is not simple, but having the right gear put
Animal photography requires a lot of patience and accuracy. Sometimes photographers need to spend many hours to take good animal shots and even longer to take impressive ones. Animals do whatever they like to, so, unfortunately, you can't ask them to pose the way you want or to do something interesting. All you can do is wait and be prepared for the right moment.
That trope about photos being worth 1,000 words? Here's where it came from.
Philippe Echaroux is a famous French celebrity photographer who took this challenge in order to show people that you don't always need the high-end gear to create something cool. He, however, had the luck to use high-end gear but sometimes the good thing to do is try something far from your comfort zone and see what would happen. "Hope is Made from Sun" Photo: Reylia Slaby Model: Reylia Slaby Yesterday I re-visted my go-to spot up in the mountains. Because of the angle, I can only shoot here when it is cloudy, or at dusk, so the times I can go is limited. I carried up with me a heavy tripod, a bag of clothes, a big shovel, my camera gear, and a 2 litre water bottle. Not the easiest thing to do whilst hiking. As soon as I arrived, I got straight to work, diving into the brush, ignoring all the autumn plants that clung to my jeans and shirt, not to mention all the insects that swarmed around me. I love how I feel when I shoot here. This has officially become a series, which I entitled "The Mystery of the Girl in Her Garden".
