This is a Pashtun Mangal, Paktia child's vest from eastern Afganistan from the late 19th century. It has a cotton base material with green and red silk face. The embroidery on the back is in silk with a bead band on the bottom of the back. The front is covered in dense metallic embroidery which seems like copper.
