Photographer David Leventi captures the world’s most prestigious opera venues in an elegant new book
Modern architecture is becoming more popular in Norway, and there's no better example than the striking Opera House of Oslo.
This authentic 2-sided vintage print is from a damaged volume of “The Concise Encyclopaedia of Music and Musicians” edited by Martin Cooper, which showcases musicians, instruments, opera houses and concert halls, and scores, title pages and stamps. It was published in 1958 by Hutchinson of London. This print features a photo of "Sena Jurinac: as the Composer in Ariadne auf Naxos" on one side, and "Alexander Kipnis: as Baron Ochs in Der Rosenkavalier" on the reverse. It is a single sheet and measures approx. 7¼” x 9¾” (18.5 x 24.5cm), with clean borders for framing. It would look great framed as a set with other music prints we offer. Considering its age, this vintage print is in good condition, on well-preserved semi-gloss paper, and may have minor marks - to be expected. It makes a unique gift or wonderful addition to your home or office décor. We ship worldwide within one business day of receiving cleared funds. All prints are sealed in a plastic bag and protected in a rigid mailer to ensure its safe arrival. We will ship ANY number of prints in one package - you pay one shipping fee only!
