Zwischendurch braucht man immer Nervennahrung und weil seit Corona unser Schokoladenkonsum doch wieder zugenommen hat, habe ich jetzt mal eine weitere Variante von Energy-Balls gemixt. Ich habe sie Müsli-Kugeln genannt, weil sie aussehen wie Müsli-Riegel nur in rund. Als Basis habe ich mein Dattel-Nuss-Schnitten-Rezept genommen und etwas angepasst und die Dattelmenge erhöht sowie zusätzlich Haferflocken reingegeben. Zum Schluss habe ich sie noch mit Schokolade beträufelt - so wie das bei Müsliriegeln ja auch ganz gerne mal ist. Während ich die Kugeln formte, wurden mir schon einige geklaut. Man kann sie also auch sehr gut ohne Schokolade machen! ;-) Und als ich sie dann nach dem Foto zum Essen freigegeben habe, waren sie dann auch so schnell weg, dass ich selbst nur 5 Stück abbekommen habe. Notiz an mich selbst: beim nächsten Mal verstecken, so wie ich das mit Schokolade auch mache, und bei Bedarf kleine Portionen rausrücken. ;-) Hier kommt das Rezept für euch:
