This past week I got a chance to finally meet up and shoot with Griffin, who is also a great local photographer. He owns this 65 chevy classic with an American Bulldog which rides in the back. (on safe roads) Gotta say this is one awesome prop! We decided to head up to Mount Tam cause of the low fog, we wanted to shoot stars, but got kicked out twice, so that didn't happen! Set up in a workshop Done on both pages Old Truck Cotton I still love to sketch. Sketchbooks are still one of my very favorites, and try to keep my sketchbook near. I have a small case that has a place for my sketch book, and pencils, and pens along with a small watercolor palette. I normally draw with a pencil then go over it with ink. Some say you should draw with the pen, but still prefer my trusty pencil! (and eraser) Most of the time, I go back and put color on them. I just went to the high school last week, and talked with the art class about sketch books. They just started theirs. It was fun to see what they were doing, plus I saw some of their work, and they were all doing great. I just got a couple of new fountain pens to draw with, NOW to just use them!

Angry Old Goat! I must admit I laughed when I created this one. It reminds me of my brother :0) I am sure you have someone who would appreciate this fun decal... All vinyl decals are hand made by me and not mass produce. Rebel Queen Vinyl decals stick to almost all flat surfaces. Rebel Queen uses Oracal 651 which is an excellent adhesive vinyl and is rated for 6 years (indoor and outdoor), Oracal 631 Removable, Styletech OPAL Holographic and Window Cling. Adhesive vinyl decals are great for Cars, Windows, Bumpers, guitars, iPad, iPhone, Walls, refrigerator just about any flat smooth clean surface! Rebel Queen Decals are DIE-CUT decals and are hand made by me. The background color will be the color of the surface you place the sticker on, or clear if you put it on a window. Rebel Queen Vinyl Decals come in 3 pieces: 1. Top layer is a transparent transfer tape. (Holds your decal together until it is applied) 2. Middle layer is your actual decal. (It is sandwiched between the Application Tape and the Wax Backing) 3. Bottom layer is the paper backing. (Protects the adhesive until the decal is ready to be applied) Applying decals: 1. Do not apply on extreme cold or hot Surfaces. Ideal temperature must be between 60°F & 90°F. 2. Do not touch the adhesive backing, oils from your skin will prevent sticking. 3. Before applying decal make sure there is no wax or oily products on the surface and ensure the surface is clean. How to apply a decal: 1. Rub the decal to be sure the transfer tape is properly adhered to the sticker. 2. Clean and dry the desired area. Your decal will stick best to clean smooth surfaces. 3. Remove the paper backing slowly making sure it stays adhered to the transparent transfer tape. 4. Carefully position the decal to the desired area. 5. Rub decal from one side to the other, eliminating any air bubbles. Use the vinyl application card or a credit card to make sure it is fully adhered to the surface. 6. Slowly remove the transfer tape, making sure no part of the decal remains on the transfer tape. 7. Check for air bubbles. In most cases air bubbles can be worked to the edge of the sticker, but if not, a pin hole will allow the air out and become virtually invisible. Please note that for outdoor applications such as cars, bumpers, trailers etc., I recommend using Oracal 651 permanent vinyl which is rated for outdoor use. Please note that photos used in the posting are for display purposes only. Please use a measuring tape on the location you are placing your decal so you have an idea of the size. If you would like this design in Heat Transfer for application to shirts, hoodies etc., please message me prior to ordering. Heat transfers may be applied using a home iron.
