I made these cards using the Lifetime of Love Bundle from the Jan to April Mini Catalogue. The background of all of the cards were embossed with the Layered Florals Embossing Folder. This beautiful embossing folder is a 3D folder that leaves a wonderfully deep impression on the Very Vanilla card stock. I embossed the flowers in Gold Embossing powder on Vellum cardstock. I cut the wreath die twice, once from Gold Foil and once from Very Vanilla card stock to get the center piece that the greeting is embossed on. I was so happy with the first card that I experimented with a couple of other colour, Poppy Parade and Blackberry Bliss. Which colour scheme is your favourite? I'm having trouble choosing one? I'm happy with all of them. All of the products used to make these cards are from Stampin' Up! Please contact me if you would like any more information on any of my projects. Hello stampers! I have more beautiful newness to share with you today. This set, Everlasting Beauty, was another set that was on my wish list as soon as I saw it. For these two cards I used two different colouring techniques. The first card is coloured using watercolouring and the second card was coloured using Blends Markers. I stamped the three images in Stazon Black on Fluid Watercolor paper and coloured using the ink colours listed below. I cut out the coloured images using two different sized squares from the Stylish Shapes Dies. I used one of the Foursquare Masks and Blending Brushes to add interest to the card base. For the second card I stamped the protea image in Memento Black ink on Basic White card stock. I coloured with the Blends colours listed below. I then very carefully fussy cut the image. The greeting was heat embossed in White Embossing Powder on Old Olive card stock. I used the circles from the Stylish Shapes to cut the greeting and the circle behind the flower. The background of the card was embossed with the Timeworn 3D Embossing Folder. I love the images in this set, I'm looking forward to using them for heaps of projects. All of the products used are listed below and available in my online store. Please contact me with any questions, I'm always happy to discuss Stampin' Up! Happy Thanksgiving season to you and yours! The Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog is celebrating with the theme of Giving Thanks. A friend of mine has a great Thanksgiving tradition in which she writes thank you notes to her friends expressing her gratitude for them in her life. I thought this was a brilliant idea, so I made three gratitude cards of my own: I made the background by smudging Distress Ink on with sponges, then dripping water onto the ink. I let the water sit and spread for a few minutes, then I soaked the water back up with a paper towel, leaving only the "puddle edges" and white spots behind. For this card, I used a sentiment from Reverse Confetti's Forever Fall set. The teal scribbly circles are made with Concord & 9th's Love You Mean It stamp set and the leaves are all cut with Tim Holtz's Tattered Leaves die. I used various patterned papers for the leaves and this one is from Prima's Garden Fable line. This card was made with the sentiment portion of the previously-mentioned stamp set from Concord & 9th titled, Love You Mean It. The patterned paper on the leaf is from Simple Stories' Pumpkin Spice collection and I added a stamped heart. It was back to Reverse Confetti's Forever Fall set for the sentiment on this last card. The patterned paper on this leaf is from Prima's Bella Rouge collection. These were so fun to make and quite easy once I had a vision and then the system down. To make all of my cards, I used these products that you can find at Simon Says Stamp: Concord & 9th Love You Mean It stamp set Reverse Confetti Forever Fall Stamp Set Tim Holtz Sizzix Die TATTERED LEAVES Bigz Alterations Sizzix Big Shot Machine Prima Bella Rouge 4x6 Journaling Cards Simple Stories Pumpkin Spice 12x12 Basics Kit Prima A4 Garden Fable Paper Mixed Media Sponges Bars Ranger Archival Jet Black Ink Pad Ranger Archival Aquamarine Ink Pad Ranger Archival Magenta Ink Pad Worn Lipstick Distress Ink Pad Festive Berries - Distress Ink Mustard Seed - Distress Ink Squeezed Lemonade - Distress Ink Tim Holtz Distress Ink Pad GROUND ESPRESSO Ranger Tim Holtz Distress Twisted Citron Ink Pad Peacock Feathers - Distress Ink Fiskars Acrylic Blocks There is a lot to be grateful for and I can't wait to see what you come up with for this week's theme. The cards I have to share with you today are a sneak peek of some new up coming Online Exclusives. I have used the Magnolia Mood Bundle on both cards. I stamped the main image in Smoky Slate on Basic White card stock. I coloured the first image with Blends Markers in Bubble Bath, Smoky Slate, Old Olive, Mossy Meadow, and Daffodil Delight. I stamped one of the smaller images in Smoky Slate as a background piece. The Moody Mauve cardstock behind the image was cut with one of the Thoughtful Expressions Dies that was then embossed with the Timeworn Type embossing folder. For the second card I coloured the magnolia with Soft Sea Foam, Crumb Cake, Daffodil Delight and Old Olive. Behind the magnolia on the card front I used a Blending Brush to add a faint shading of Mossy Meadow ink. The greeting I used is from another new Online Exclusive called Sweetly Scripted. It also has Happy Birthday, Congratulations, Happy Anniversary and a few others. The die cut pieces behind the main image are cut from other dies in the Magnolia Mood Dies. The Online Exclusives are available to customers from the 5th of March. Please contact me for more information or with any questions. Rachel.
Every month I participate in a swap where we can pick a theme from about 4 options. This month I chose sympathy. This color combination - Pool Party and Wisteria Wonder - is quickly becoming a favorite combination of mine! I wish you could see in the picture, but I used dazzling details to add some sparkle to the flower. Dazzling details is perfect when you want just a little sparkle - without the glitter mess! I also used the new Stampin' Spritzer with about 20 drops wisteria wonder and I filled the rest with rubbing alcohol. I lightly spritzed the inside of the card and stamped my sentiment in Wisteria Wonder as well. We actually made this card in a class a couple of months ago. It's a pretty quick and easy card to put together. Probably the most challenging was using the markers for each and every card (I made 9 total.) I have to admit, one or two was fun....after about 3 I was counting down when I would be done coloring the flowers and stems. See the full supply list below. Let me know if you have any questions. Hi Everyone, This week we are CASEing each other and it's my turn to CASE one of Victoria's projects. Victoria loves bright colours and I have chosen a card that she made for a colour challenge. I have used the same stamp set - Lovely You, but I have changed the colours. You can see Victoria's original project by clicking on the link below and looking in the archive for November 29th 2020. https://vickieloudesigns.blogspot.com/ Materials 1 piece of granny apple green card stock 5 7/8" x 8 1/4" and a scrap for the sentiment 1 piece of misty moonlight card stock 3 7/8" x 5 5/8" 1 piece of melon mambo card stock 3 5/8" x 5 3/8" 1 piece of basic white card 3 3/8" x 5 1/8", 1 piece 3 7/8" x 5 5/8" and a scrap for the sentiment Granny apple green ink Melon mambo ink Misty moonlight ink Lovely You stamp set Tailored Tag punch Trimmer Simply scored Bone folder Multipurpose adhesive Dimensionals Instructions On the long side score the granny apple green card at 4 1/8" and fold and burnish to make the card base. Add the two layers of coloured card stock to the card front leaving equal borders all around. Stamp a design on the smaller of the two basic white pieces in the chosen colours, lots of random stamping and remember to keep turning the stamp around so that the images don't all face the same way. Adhere this layer to the card front. Stamp a sentiment on the scrap of basic white and punch out with the Tailored Tag punch. Punch another one in granny apple green and cut it in half widthways. Add half to the top and bottom of the back of the stamped tag to mat it. Add dimensionals and add to the card front. Stamp another sentiment on the remaining basic white and add some flowers in all four corners and adhere this to the inside of the card. I am loving the Garden Birdhouses from the 2021-2022 Stampin' Up! Catalogue. The three birdhouses can either be hung from the branch or attached to the top of the stake. All of the stamping was done in Soft Suede ink. I stamped the branch 3 times up the length of the card along with three hungers for the birdhouses. I stamped the birdhouses separately and then coloured them with Blends Markers. The colours I used are listed below. The birdhouses were fussy cut then adhered with Dimensionals. The leaves were also coloured with Blends Markers. I shaded the sky with Balmy Blue and the Blending Brushes. The greeting is from the Garden Birdhouses stamp set and was heat embossed in white on Balmy Blue card stock. The final embellishment is some Linen thread bows on each of the birdhouses. I will be back soon with more projects from the new catalogue. Don't forget, I'm happy to answer any questions about this project or Stampin' Up! in general. Hi stampers! Welcome to week 2 of the Colour Creations Blog Hop with the Art With Heart Team. Every week we will be featuring one of the stunning Stampin' Up! colours in alphabetical order, starting with the new 2023-2025 In Colours. This week we are featuring Copper Clay. For tonight's card I have used the amazing Earthen Elegance Bundle. Another set that jumped out at me when I first saw the new catalogue. There is a range of stamped and die cut pots and foliage that go beautifully together. These co ordinate perfectly with the Earthen Elegance 12"x12" DSP, so many yummy textures in these papers. I started with a Copper Clay card base and stamped the fine foliage in the top left corner in Copper Clay ink. The pots were cut from the Earthen Elegance DSP and the foliage was cut from Lost Lagoon, Pecan Pie and Pretty Peacock card stock. I wanted to show you a closer look at the pot with the handles as there are two different dies required, the pot and the handles. The Deckled Rectangle behind the pots is Gray Granite and had been embossed with one of the Earthen Elegance Dies. The Thank You is stamped in Pretty Peacock and cut with a Stylish Shape Die. The final embellishment is a piece of Linen Thread wound a couple of times around the tall pot and finished with a bow. I have a second card to share with you. I got the idea for this card from another I saw online made with another stamp set. I started with a piece of Very Vanilla card stock 8cm x 19cm. I inked a C Block in Pebbled Path, stamped off once and then sprayed with rubbing alcohol before stamping in the center of the piece. I repeated this process with Copper Clay and Wild Wheat ink. I made a mask the size of the block and then stamped the foliage images over each block. I used a small piece of Pebbled Path Ribbon under the greeting. All of the products used to make these cards are in the new Stampin' Up! catalogue and are available in my online store. The links are below. If you have any questions please contact me. Now it's time to head to Di Furniss' blog to see her amazing project featuring Copper Clay. If you encounter any issues with the links if this blog hop please head to Cathy Proctor's Blog as she is the wonderful host of our Blog Hops and has a complete list of tonight's participants. Make sure to come back next week when we will be featuring Moody Mauve. Hi everyone! Welcome to another week! It's the last Monday of the month, so that means it's my favorite time over at Mojo Monday... round or square sketch week! I just love making non-traditional sized cards. For those of you who wonder, I usually keep the sizes of my circle and square cards 4.25" and under so they fit in regular A2 envelopes. For circle cards, the largest scallop circle Nestabilities are just under 4.25", so they're just perfect. My Mojo158 sample card for today features the Great Friend set from Verve. There are several ways to make circle cards, but I prefer the easel back style. It's super simple to do, too! Just cut two cardstock circles, then take the back one and score a straight line between the top 3 scallops (you can do more if you want, but that's how many I do). Apply glue above the score line (I use something strong like sticky strip or Zip Dry, so it won't come apart) and then just align the scallops on the two pieces and glue. Here's a little photo of the back side for a visual. The paper is from the Olivia collection by Bo Bunny. I cut the shapes for the sketch, then stitched a little ribbon to ruffle and run across my two horizontal panels. Next up I used the slight embossed line around my DP circle as a guide to make a dotted frame around the edge with an early espresso marker. This circle is matted with a groovy guava circle embossed with swiss dots and sponged with groovy guava. For the flower accent, I stamped the medium and small outline flowers from Great Friend onto patterned paper, cut out and layered, then embossed one more small flower on vellum, rubbed it with some groovy guava ink and layered on top to soften the effect a little. That sunburst in the flower center is an absolutely gorgeous embellishment from Pizzazz Aplenty. I just love how sparkly it is - Mark even commented on its coolness factor, so that's saying something! :) Then I just finished off the card with the for you sentiment from Great Friend stamped in early espresso and three little 3mm clear rhinestones, also from Pizzazz Aplenty. Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope you have a fabulous start to your week!
This surprise pop-out panel fun fold card certainly packs a WOW! It looks difficult but is really easy - don't we love that kind of card? I know I do!

Hello there! Happy Saturday to all! I'm making sure I don't forget to share the finished card from my second Hello Bluebird Live coloring that I did last week. Admittedly I went a little crazy with the scene building on this one but once an idea pops into my head I just can't stop myself. This time around I paired elements from a mix of new and olds sets including, Picked For You, Pathway Background, Strawberry Jam and a slightly altered Tabitha. By wiping away the broom from Tabitha's hand she easily transforms from a Halloween stamp to a sweet friend for this Picked for You cutie. Together they are spending the day picnicing in the park with their favorite feline friends. The restock on the newest release stamps is due very soon so I would think those pre-orders will be shipping in no time. In the meantime, grab the HB sets already in your collection and see if you can think of a new spin to put on them. :) Stay crafty my friends! Supply list: cardstock- Papertrey Ink and Catherine Pooler stamps- Hello Bluebird (Picked For You, Tabitha, Pathway Background, Strawberry Jam and Storybook Friends) ink- Memento rich cocoa My Favorite Things A2 stitched rectangle stax set 1 Sharpie extra fine white pen Copic markers: sorry I didn't keep track but you can find the colors used here

Hi everyone! I am here today with a super cute new August Stamp of the Month from Clear and Simple! It is such a fun set and I can't wait to share it with you! Here is my card.... For this card, I stamped the sentiment on the card base and then ran the card front through the big shot with an impression plate to give it some texture! Then after stamping the couch on Dare to be Diva Red cardstock, I paper pieced the cusions with some patterned paper! I popped the couch up on foam tape for some dimension! then I added a little pillow button! I love this sentiment because I can think of several girlfriends I could send this card to! Here is a quick pick of the full set... And HERE is where you can go find it! Stop by the Clear and Simple blog to check out all the other DT creations! Have a great Monday!
