So...the Bearcats had lost their first away game of the season so I thought something needed to change. I decided I would make Monkey Bread for the boys for the away games as an incentive to WIN! Knock on wood, so far, so good! October consists of ONLY away games, so there will be lots of Monkey Bread! Here is my recipe! Good Luck Monkey Bread Cut 3 tubes of buttermilk biscuits into small pieces. Roll small pieces in cinnamon sugar mix (just put a bunch of sugar in a bowl and add cinnamon until you like the taste) After covering biscuits in cinnamon sugar, place in greased 9x13 pan. On the stove, melt 1 stick of butter with 1 cup of brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk. Stir well until the mixture comes to a quick boil. Pour mixture over biscuits. Place in preheated 350º oven for approximately 20-30 minutes. You really just have to watch and keep checking up on it. Whenever the biscuits are golden brown, it will be done! After biscuits are golden brown take out a cookie sheet and FLIP the 9x13 pan onto cookie sheet. Leave it flipped over for approximately 5-10 minutes to allow all the yummy goo to ooze down! Enjoy!
