:-) I've been very busy this week and lately I've had little time to crochet. During the spare moments I have I search for cute patterns and this cute alarm clock is what I found today on this gorgeous blog. Too bad I can't read a word of this gorgeous blog but luckily we can enjoy the picture. Oh and by the way, one of my facebook-followers could read what's in the blogpost that goes with the picture. There's no pattern there, but instructions about how long the cake should be baked. I must say, I didn't notice the cake at all at first, but now that I've seen it... it looks delicious! :-)
Due to a policy of the Japanese government, from November 2, 2021, we will not be able to ship international small packages to the U.S., Canada, etc. without EMS (2,400 yen in Japanese yen). How long this situation will last is yet to be determined. The shipping cost for most of the products are about 3000 yen, so it's very high. Also, the only way to send them to Australia is by sea. We hope that this situation will return to be usual soon. Thank you for your understanding. Thank you very much. This is a craft item using a technique called etching. You can assemble this just bending this paper of brass easily. The height will be approx 85mm. In the center of the celestial globe, you can place 8mm and 4mm Swarovski crystals. Other crystals can be placed as long as they are the same diameter. If you have a sphere with a hole that matches the diameter, you can put all sorts of things in it. I tried an 8mm Azurite Invalite sphere. With a single light source in the dark, it looked like the earth floating in outer space. You can put whatever you like in it. The pedestal also has a pattern on it. If you place a light source underneath, the light will reach the center of the celestial globe (*The crystal is covered with matte clear to make it easier to absorb light). LEDs are not included in this set.

With his signature wagging tail, rolling eyes, and irresistible smile, the Kit-Cat Clock has been an indelible part of American history and popular culture for more than 80 years. The clock was created by a designer from a small town in Oregon during the height of the Great Depression. Through the 1950s, Kit-Cat's popularity skyrocketed, and the dapper feline became a fixture in the American kitchen and synonymous with the era. This now timeless piece of Americana continues to spread cheer with his wily expression and contagious grin. Made in the USA of PVC plastic. Silent movement. Requires 2 C batteries (not included).
I bought this painted porcelain cameo a few months ago from Lindsey Carr's Little Robot Etsy Shop. I love it and immediately made it into a simple pendant to wear as a necklace. Lindsey also has a wonderful BLOG where...
