It's time for CASEing a Bundle from the Mini Catalogue for this weeks CASEing the Catty #CTC318. You may have started the blog hop here, welcome or you have come from Michelle Strazds. This week I have choose one of the retiring Bundles - Kangaroo & Company, which will not be leaving me home as I have plans to send more cards using this set to my overseas friends. I have chosen this fancy fold design - criss cross with an insert for this card with inspiration for the card featured on page 17 of the catalogue and to the left and a card that was on pinterest but I can not find it now. It is just so cute for any occasion as mine is for a new baby, however at my last two classes they used the heart, flowers and presents to be popped into the pouch, but I just love the cute joey. Stamp Set: Kangaroo & Company Cardstock: Cinnamon Cider, Basic White, Forever Greenery Designer Series Paper, Natural Touch Specialty Paper Ink: Memento, Old Olive, Blends Accessories: Cut n Emboss Machine, Kangaroo Dies, Stitched Shapes Dies, 1" Circle Punch (retired), Cinnamon Cider 1/4" Ribbon, Gold Trim Close up of the oh so cute kangaroo and joey Thanks for stopping by this week, now it's time to hop on over to Monique Fielder. Are you inspired by the CASEing the Catty Crew why not participate in the CASEing the Catty Sunday Challenge by uploading a card or project to the facebook page.

Hey y'all stamping friends! I'm a bit late with my post today because the hubs was using the computer to do our taxes. But here I am at last with the new Paper Players sketch: Lots of layers equals lots of fun! I couldn't resist playing with a new stamp set and coordinating paper for my card today: I kept the sketch on my craft table right in front of me to make sure I wouldn't skip any of the layers :) And really I added an extra layer with the stamped leafy frond on there. I am digging the tropical vibes from this stamp set and papers! I really went for the dies on this one too, I used FOUR different sets to construct all those pretty layers. Now it's your turn to join the fun! Be sure to upload your sketchtastic card at the Paper Players blog. Enjoy! Supplies, all SU! Stamps: Artfully Layered Ink: Mossy Meadow, Versamark Paper: Pale Papaya, Calypso Coral, Thick Basic White, Artfully Composed DSP Accessories: Rectangles Stitched dies, Hippo Friends dies, Potted Succulents dies, Tropical Layers dies, White EP, Polished Dots The Paper Players Design Team Jaydee LeAnne Pugliese Claire Broadwater Joanne James Laurie Schmidt Anne Marie Hile Ann Schach Cindy Beach Christy Stanford Jennie Maier
Stampin' Up!'s Artfully Layered bundle is perfect for the die inlay technique. Using Pear Pizzazz & Evening Evergreen makes the colour pop.

Welcome to February's Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop! This month the theme is the Mini Catalogue, I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone has created! Please be sure to hop all the way around for lots of inspirational projects created by the design team. The Blessings of Home is one of my favourite bundles in the Mini Catalogue. For today's card I water-coloured pieces of Shimmery White Cardstock in Granny Apple Green, Fresh Freesia and So Saffron inks then cut them out with the foliage and floral dies from the Flowers of Home Dies. I arranged the foliage pieces in a circle to create a wreath on a backdrop of a piece of Basic White Cardstock embossed with the Gingham Embossing Folder. I then added the little flowers and the sentiment. A white bow and a sprinkling of Rhinestones completed my card. Next up in today's hop is my lovely and inspirational friend Louise Sharp in Australia, I'm looking forward to seeing what gorgeous creation Louise has to share with us.
