In sfarsit o reteta de crackers Dukan gustosi de tot si crocanti! Si foarte foarte frumosi, mai ales daca ii coacem in forme de muffins din silicon. Asa obtinem striatiile de pe margini care le dau un aspect foarte placut. Si au avantajul (ca mai toate retetele Dukan) ca se fac si foarte, foarte usor. Cantitatea de mai jos, poate fi consumata in 2 zile. Ne trebuie: 40 g amidon 60 g branza 0,2 % (am folosit Lacteea) 1 lingurita rasa praf de copt 1 albus de ou sare (dupa gust) sare de mare grunjoasa/chimen/verdeturi uscate (dupa gust) – cantitati pt 10 bucati de cca 4 cm diametru – Cum se fac: Amestecam amidonul cu praful de copt, sarea, branza si albusul (usor batut cu furculita). Omogenizam bine. Punem cu lingura compozitia in forme de muffins din silicon. Atentie, nu puneti foarte multa compozitie, maxim 1 cm inaltime, pentru ca altfel vor iesi prea grosi si nu vor mai fi crocanti. In poza vedeti mai multi de 10 bucati pentru ca am facut portie dubla. Presaram deasupra sare grunjoasa, chimen sau verdeturi uscate, dupa preferinta. Coacem la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 C pentru 25-30 de minute. Ii lasam in forme 5 minute, apoi ii lasam sa se raceasca complet pe un gratar. Recomand sa ii lasati 20-30 de minute sa se mai intareasca pentru a fi crocanti, inainte de a manca. Daca ii tineti descoperiti se vor mai intari, insa daca ii tineti in punga vor deveni gumosi si greu de muscat din ei. Enjoy! Nota: daca alegeti sa nu puneti sare deasupra, ii puteti face mai sarati, insa daca puneti sare deasupra, nu puneti prea multa sare in compozitie.

Last week I wrote about how I am struggling as a parent, and I admitted how I have often been feeding my family frozen veggie burgers, take out and even Top Ramen. Without a second set of hands around here, I am drowning! These nights are filled with fast family pleasers that are easily adaptable to each of my kids tastes. Sandwiches are the perfect answer. I lay out a few options, cheese, several proteins and some vegetables and let the kids create their own masterpieces. This way I do not actually have to cook anything for them, and they have a blast making their own supper! And what is mom going to create? I keep it simple. A thin layer of goat cheese, prosciutto, asparagus, and a sunny side up egg piled on top of a slice of sourdough. Sunny side up eggs make an appearance in my diet several times a week, breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are versatile and great on top of so many things. Salads, pizza, sandwiches, hash, pasta, pretty much anything goes in this house! Eating undercooked egg yolks can be a bit risky. There is a chance of contracting foodborne illnesses such as salmonella or listeria. But thanks to the folks at Davidson's Safest Choice Eggs we no longer have to fret. They only sell pasteurized eggs. We can now safely handle raw eggs and enjoy our undercooked yolks. Goat Cheese, Asparagus and Prosciutto Egg Sandwiches Ingredients: Slice of your favorite artisan bread ( I used a locally made sourdough) 2 slices prosciutto 1 tbs goat cheese spread 4 asparagus spears 1 Davidson's Safest Choice Egg non stick cooking spray salt and pepper to taste Directions: Heat a small non stick fry pan over medium/high heat, evenly coat with cooking spray. Sauté asparagus for about 5 minutes or just until they start to soften. Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired. Set aside. Using the same pan, lightly spray again with non stick cooking spray. Crack your egg in the center and slowly fry over medium heat. Allow the egg to cook until the white has coagulated, and cooked through. Make sure the yolk is still glossy to ensure it will be runny. Total cooking time should only be a couple of minutes. Remove from heat. Toast your bread, spread goat cheese over the top. Layer with prosciutto and cooked asparagus.
