Hi everyone! Happy Wednesday! It’s time to countdown to the MFT November Release! I cannot wait for you to see all that is in store for you this month…I am in LOVE with this release! All of the new products will be available on Tuesday, November 11th at 10PM right HERE on the MFT Blog! Today, I have two cards to share with you, and the both feature the AMAZING new Blueprints 20 Die-namics, which are the ONLY dies I used to create both cards, as well as the delicious new Sweater Stitch Background, Swiss Dots Background and Cozy Greetings set! I am in LOVE. So, Blueprints 20 Die-namics. SO totally my new addiction. I LOVE the big scalloped rectangle panel, and the smaller stitched rectangle panel, not to mention the GORGEOUS quilt elements. This is SUCH a fun Blueprints Die-namics! I started by choosing my color combo, and for this card I went with Steel Grey Card Stock, Factory Green Card Stock, Berrylicious Card Stock and Smooth White Card Stock. I took a piece of Steel Grey Card Stock and stamped it with the new Nordic Knits set using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink. I then took a piece of Factory Green Card Stock and stamped it with the new Nordic Knots set using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink. I then used these panels, along with Blueprints 20 Die-namics, to cut out my quilt squares. I used Smooth White Card Stock to cut the quilt frame as well as the insides to the Steel Grey Card Stock squares. For the centers of the Factory Green Card Stock squares, I used Berrylicious Card Stock. The main Berrylicious Card Stock panel was cut with Blueprints 20 Die-namics and stamped with the new Sweater Stitch Background (I am obsessed) using Sweet Tooth PIgment Ink. I then used Smooth White Card Stock for the scalloped panel. The little stitched flag was cut from Factory Green Card Stock and I added a trio of enamel dots. On the inside, I again used Blueprints 20 Die-namics to cut the scalloped panel from Smooth White Card Stock, and the stitched Rectangle panel from Berrylicious Card Stock. O stamped the bottom of the Berrylicious Card Stock panel using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink and Nordic Knits, and then added the sentiment, “Let’s Cozy Up”, from Cozy Greetings, stamped in Factory Green Premium Dye Ink. My second card also features Blueprints 20 Die-namics, and I went with a color combination of Nightshift Blue Card Stock, Berrylicious Card Stock, Razzle Berry Card Stock, Cotton Candy Card Stock, Kraft Card Stock and Smooth White Card Stock. It is so much fun to choose colors for my mini quilts! I cut panels of Nightshift Blue Card Stock, Berrylicious Card Stock, Razzle Berry Card Stock and Cotton Candy Card Stock and stamped them all with the new Sweater Stitch Background using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink. I then used Blueprints 20 Die-namics to cut out the squares. I used Smooth White Card Stock to cut the frame of the quilted panel. The main stitched rectangle panel was cut from Kraft Card Stock and stamped with the darling new Swiss Dots Background using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink. The flag banner was cut from Berrylicious Card Stock and I stamped “Keep Cozy” from Cozy Greetings using Nightshift Blue Card Stock. The sweet little heart, also cut from Blueprints 20 Die-namics, was cut from Cotton Candy Card Stock. On the inside, I cut the Kraft Card Stock panel and Smooth White Card Stock panel using Blueprints 20 Die-namics. I stamped the edge of the Kraft Card Stock panel using the new Swiss Dots Background with Sweet Tooth PIgment Ink. I then stamped “You Make Me Feel Comfortable”, from Cozy Greetings, using Nightshift Blue Premium Dye Ink. I find myself in need of a sympathy card this week. A long time neighbor lost his wife. This is what I came up with. I love the way this came out. Everything is from My Favorite Things. The Blueprint 31 set is a brand new one, and I can see I will be using it a lot. The flowers are from a set called Beautiful Blooms and the sentiment is from the set Deepest Sympathy. Our April release included the debut of the 28th Die-namics in the Blueprints series, and it is all kinds of awesome! This week we're going to learn some of the clever and inventive ways that you can use Blueprints 28. The main frame of Blueprints 28 features stitching on the outside and a semi-circle notch at the bottom, but there’s more than meets the eye. The inside top of the rectangle scores rather than cuts, creating a fun flap. Layer the stitched circles over the notch and tuck a gift card or a cute image behind the clever window opening. Today's video will give you a creative idea of how to use this innovative Die-namics. Yoonsun uses the flap of Blueprints 28 as a place to feature pretty stamped flowers from the Build-able Bouquet stamp set. She keeps the outer portion more muted to focus the eye on the flap. And look what Yoonsun has inside! What a fun spot to hide a gift card for the recipient! You'll notice that she has tied the flap and the frame together with a little bit of twine to make sure that the gift card doesn't fall out. You will LOVE Blueprints 28. Hello there!! It’s time, it’s time!! MFT’s February Release is now available for purchase in the MFT Online Boutique! Before I get started, I wanted to tell you that I have a class in this month’s Release Classes. You can find them and three more at the PDF Classes page on the MFT site. I’ve got a couple of cards to show you using the just-this-minute-released Boss Babe stamp set. There are a ton of great sentiments in the set and some are gender-neutral so could be used for anyone and for various occasions. My first one shows how it can be used for a masculine card for any age, really. I made my own Polaroid frame using Rectangle STAX Set 2 Die-namics and Square STAX Set 1 Die-namics and framed BB Super Boy. He was stamped with Black Licorice hybrid ink on X-Press It Blending Card and colored with Copic markers. Patterned paper from Fun & Frolic Paper Pack and Hearts & Stripes Paper Pack frame the focal point, with stars and enamel dots for embellishment. I just love this! ***** My second card is pretty girlie due to the sentiment, I think. The background was done with Off the Grid Paper Pack and the sentiment was stamped directly on it then framed with Single Stitch Line Rounded Rectangle Frames Die-namics, popped up on foam mounting tape. Several images from Get Down to Business were stamped on X-Press It Blending Card with Black Licorice hybrid ink, colored with Copic markers, and also popped up on foam around the frame. Hearts, cut from Ripe Raspberry card stock with Tag Builder Blueprints 3 Die-namics and Tag Builder Blueprints 6 Die-namics add some love. The paper clip border at the bottom was stamped with Ripe Raspberry dye ink, Safety Orange dye ink, and Cement Gray dye ink and there’s a think border of Ripe Raspberry card stock and Silver Sparkle card stock above the border. Hi everyone!! Happy Wednesday! I have a card to share with you using the fabulous new MFT Sketch...MFTWSC119! For my card today, I created a birthday card that a friend ordered. This was SUPER fun to make...I really had a blast with this sketch!! I've used the darling Pure Innocence Birthday Princess for my card, and she was stamped onto X Press It Blending Card and then cut out, and layered, using the Oval STAX 1 Die-Namics and Oval STAX 2 Die-Namics. I colored her with Copic Markers and added Crystal Stickles to her crown and the candles on her cake. I used both the Blueprints 1 Die-Namics and Blueprints 2 Die-Namics for the main layers, the scallop panel. I used Berrylicious Grosgrain Ribbon for the vertical panel of the sketch, and then cut Berrylicious Cardstock with the Party Banner Die-Namics. The patterned paper panel, which is Hey Girl from Basic Grey, was cut and layered with the Rectangle STAX 1 Die-Namics and Rectangle STAX 2 Die-Namics. I added a panel using circles cut with the Circle STAX 1 Die-Namics and Circle STAX 2 Die-Namics, and then topped it off with the number 1 cut with the By The Numbers Die-Namics out of Berrylicious Cardstock. I added more Crystal Stickles to tie in with the focal panel. On the inside I stamped "Happy Birthday" in Blu Raspberry Ink, and spelled out the birthday girl's name in Black Licorice using the Typewriter Alphabet. Here's this week's Wednesday Sketch Challenge #438. And here's my take on it. The hexagon shape from Blueprints 33 was cut from Limelight card stock and stamped with the dot background for texture. The largest shape was used to cut the front edge of a white card base. A Limelight panel was stamped with thin stripes and adhered to the card base then topped with the smaller piece. The little watermelon cutie was stamped, colored with Copic markers and cut with the matching Die-namics. She was popped up on the card and finished off with assorted green enamel dots. The wait is over! The MFT Stamps Release is live right now! Which means you can head to the MFT Stamps online store and purchase the stamps, dies, stencils, and more that we have been sharing for the last five days! I will wait patiently here while you shop. Or if you are still making up your mind, let me convince you of a few more items you might "need." Yay! The April release is now available! Tonight I am happy to feature a couple of new products! First up is a new background called, Lined Chevron Background. Its a great background image for every technique! But I chose to go with embossed resist. You can never go wrong with that! After stamping and heat embossing Lined Chevron Background, I masked off a rectangle on my card stock panel and inked it with Spearmint ink. Then I added a few splats using Distressed Patterns stamps. I added leaves cut from Brushed Gold card stock using the new Bold Greenery Die-namics. The word hello is also new in Hello There Die-namics. So many great new products!! Blueprints 28 is a clever set of Die-namics! While it might not look like much from the front... ...how cute is the inside?!?! The largest die in Blueprints 28 creates this panel that has a flap that opens. You can turn the panel horizontally or vertically, giving you lots of options! After cutting the panel, I turned it into a shaker card! The sentiment from Fly-By Friends was too perfect for adding to the inside. The small hearts inside were cut using an image in Blueprints 28. Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday and Happy MFT Release Night! It's time for the May New Product Launch! The entire, amazing, May release is available right now, right HERE in the MFT Boutique! Tonight, I have the pleasure of sharing with you the incredible new Blueprints 15 Die-Namics! I am in LOVE with them, as I love ALL of the Blueprints Die-Namics...but seriously...the angled panels make my heart pitter patter! Aside from the Blueprints 15 Die-Namics, all of my cards tonight also use the new LJD Sea Life set (for the sentiments) and all three of our new Background stamps...Linen, Grid and Pinstripe! They also all share the same color combination, which is the current MFT Color Palette Challenge, MFTCPC5, Berrylicious, Sno Cone, Kraft and Pink Lemonade! Here is my first card! All four of my cards use a sketch from the suggested sketches HERE on the MFT Blog! I used Kraft for the main panel, and then added the Pink Lemonade panel which I stamped using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink and the Grid Background. I cut the next panel from Sweet Tooth cardstock, and stamped "THANKS" from Sea Life first in Berrylicious Hybrid Ink, and then repeatedly in Pink Lemonade Hybrid Ink. I LOVE this fun dotted panel, and I cut it from Berrylicious Cardstock. I used Sweet Tooth to cut the stitched star (anything stitched makes me happy) and Sno Cone to cut the star. Easy peasy! On the inside, I wanted to add some interest, but still have a place to write a message. I added a wonky panel cut from Pink Lemonade that I again stamped with the Grid Background and Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink. My second card features another sketch from the MFT Blog. I LOVE how easy these are to put together using the suggested layouts, or you can create your very own look! This time, I used Sno Cone for the main panel, and added a wonky panel cut from Kraft Cardstock. I stamped it with the Linen Background (my favorite!) using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink. I LOVE the circle die in the Blueprints 15 Die-Namics! It does double duty but cutting a stitched hole, AND cutting a stitched circle panel. I added the circle from Sweet Tooth and topped it off with a Pink Lemonade Heart. The sentiment, from Sea Life, was heat embossed with white embossing powder. The inside received the same treatment as the first card, this time using Kraft stamped with the Linen Background using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink! My third card adds another thank you card to my stash, something I am always in need of! This time, I started with a Berrylicious panel, and added a Sno Cone panel on top stamped with the new Pinstripe Background (so fun!) using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink. The dotted panel was cut from Kraft, and I added the Pink Lemonade Circle on top as per the sketch. I cut the heart from Sweet Tooth and stamped it using the Pinstripe Background again, this time with Berrylicious Hybrid Ink. This time, on the inside, I stamped the main Berrylicious panel with the Striped Background, leaving the Sno Cone panel plain. My last card is another all occasion card. I NEVER have enough of these so I am super happy to add this to my stash. The main panel was cut from Pink Lemonade Cardstock and I added the wonky Kraft panel on top, stamped again with Linen Background and Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink. I LOVE this little tab, and I cut it from Sno Cone Cardstock (this is my most favorite color of cardstock in case you wanted to know). I am really OVER the moon with the inset stitched circle panel. I LOVE it! Here I used Berrylicious and added a star cut from Sweet Tooth. The sentiment was heat embossed with white embossing powder. The inside features a Kraft panel ready for a message, stamped with the Linen Background using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink. Thanks SO much for stopping by! Hi, everyone, I’m back with this week’s MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge! Are you ready? Here’s this week’s sketch. All of the details about the sketch challenge are available on the MFT Challenge & Inspiration blog as well as in the weekly newsletter. The MFT Design Team will be on hand to provide plenty of inspiration to get you started. I’m using the recently released Ninja-mazing stamp set and Ninja-mazing Die-namics as the focal image of my card along with the bamboo from Sushi Date and Sushi Date Die-namics. I did a watercolor wash on Ranger Watercolor Paper with Peerless Watercolors for the background, my circle was cut with Inside & Out Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics, the moon with Blueprints 21 Die-namics cut from Stone Gray card stock, and Puffy Clouds Die-namics to complete the scene. Images were stamped with Black Licorice hybrid ink on X-Press It Blending Card and colored with Copic markers. The V-shaped card front was cut with Stitched Basic Edges Die-namics from Sweet Tooth card stock, I used Black & White Basics Paper Pack for the bottom part of the card front, and the little fishtail flag at the top was cut from Graphic Grid Paper Pack with Blueprints 31 Die-namics. The sentiment was stamped on Black Licorice card stock with Versamark and heat embossed with white detail embossing powder. Foam mounting tape provided dimension. And there you have it! Hi all! I want to share my card for My Favorite Things June The Birthday Project. While some surprises are less-than-welcome, a birthday surprise is definitely an exception. If the birthday boy or girl isn’t the surprise party type, crafting a card that features a peek-a-boo element is a perfect compromise. With a variety of Die-namics options — from flip-up windows to interactive wheels, you’re sure to come up with the perfect peek-a-boo design for this month’s Birthday Project challenge. Hi everyone, it’s time for a the June MFT Creative Construction with Blueprints Challenge! This month we’re challenged to “Make it Masculine” and I thought using the recently released You Float My Boat stamp set and You Float My Boat Die-namics along with Blueprints 28 Die-namics to create a slider card would be perfect for this. I used Sweet Tooth card stock for the card base and the slider mechanism, and on which to stamp the boat with Kraft dye ink, Cornflower dye ink, and Red Hot dye ink. I cut Kraft card stock with Blueprints 22 Die-namics for the tab and stamped it with Interactive Labels, punched a hole, and threaded some heavy cotton yarn through it. My card front was cut from Blue Breeze card stock then I masked off the border area all around with Post-It Tape and stamped with Whimsical Waves Background and Versamark then heat embossed with white detail embossing powder. The sentiment was stamped before I added the slider element, then the boat was popped up on foam when it was all assembled. I added the anchor, cut with You Float My Boat Die-namics from Brushed Silver card stock to finish off. And that’s it for today!Thanks so much for stopping by! See you soon! Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday! It’s time for the October MFT Creative Construction With Blueprints, and this month, the team is working with one of my all time favorite Blueprints…Blueprints 20 Die-namics! I have two cards to share with you today! My first card has a bit of an untraditional holiday color scheme, yet I think it’s warm and cozy! I started by creating the quilt pattern. The frame of the quilt was cut from Primitive White Card Stock and the blocks were cut from Blu Raspberry Card Stock, Sno Cone Card Stock, Poppy Prestige Card Stock and Tickled Pink Prestige Card Stock. I lightly sponged each block, and the star inserts, using Natural Premium Dye Ink. The flag panel beneath the quilt was cut from Poppy Prestige Card Stock and also sponged with Natural Premium Dye Ink. I cut the main panel from Natural Card Stock using Blueprints 20 Die-namics and stamped with the Sweater Stitch Background using Natural Card Stock, and I stamped “Wishing You A Warm & Cozy Day” from LJD Cozy Mittens using Black Licorice Premium Dye Ink. I added a mat of Primitive White Card Stock cut with the scalloped frame from Blueprints 20 Die-namics. For my second card, I wanted a cooler color palette, colors that remind me of snowflakes and winter! For this card, I used the quilt template to create a heart quilt. I cut the frame from Sweet Tooth Card Stock and the blocks from Gravel Gray Prestige Card Stock, Grout Gray Card Stock, Tropical Teal Prestige Card Stock and Summer Splash Prestige Card Stock. The sentiment panel was cut from Sweet Tooth Card Stock and I stamped “I LOVE YOU” from BB Harvest Mouse using Tropical Teal Premium Dye Ink. I added a bow of Hemp Cord topped off with a heart cut from Tropical Teal Prestige Card Stock. The main panel of Grout Gray Card Stock was cut with Blueprints 20 Die-namics and embossed with the Staggered Hearts Stencil and Embossing Pad Duo. I added a mat of Sweet Tooth Card Stock cut with Blueprints 1 Die-namics, matted onto another panel of Sweet Tooth Card Stock cut with the scalloped frame from Blueprints 20 Die-namics. I went to the seaside with my card this week using Seaside Seagulls Stamp Set and Die-namics and built a scene around them, sponging my sunset background for starters. My big ol’ orange setting sun was cut with Tag Builder Blueprints 4, I added Cloud 9 Die-namics and Ocean Waves Die-namics, popped up on foam for dimension, to fill it out. And that’s it from me! Our April release included the debut of the 28th Die-namics in the Blueprints series, and it is all kinds of awesome! This week we're going to learn some of the clever and inventive ways that you can use Blueprints 28. The main frame of Blueprints 28 features stitching on the outside and a semi-circle notch at the bottom, but there’s more than meets the eye. The inside top of the rectangle scores rather than cuts, creating a fun flap. Layer the stitched circles over the notch and tuck a gift card or a cute image behind the clever window opening. Today's video will give you a creative idea of how to use this innovative Die-namics. Stephanie shares a cute project originally made by My Favorite Things Creative Team Member Torico and shows the Blueprints 28 Die-namics in action. The first time I saw this video, my head was spinning with all of the fun things that can be done with it! Let's take a look at a few examples of other creative ways to use Blueprints 28 in your designs. Julia uses Blueprints 28 to create an absolutely lovely card in pinks and grays. The circle at the notch is a fun place to add a little something extra like the button that Julia incorporated. And here's a peek at the inside of Julia's card. So pretty! She used other elements from the Blueprints 28 Die-namics got create a shaker inside. Inge's take on Blueprints 28 is more masculine in her color choices. You can see that she added a paw print on the circle. Just imagine the possibilities! And here's what the inside of Inge's card looks like! Like Julia, she created a shaker with an adorable image and sentiment from the Cool Cat stamp set. Yoonsun uses the flap of Blueprints 28 as a place to feature pretty stamped flowers from the Build-able Bouquet stamp set. She keeps the outer portion more muted to focus the eye on the flap. And look what Yoonsun has inside! What a fun spot to hide a gift card for the recipient! You'll notice that she has tied the flap and the frame together with a little bit of twine to make sure that the gift card doesn't fall out. You will LOVE Blueprints 28. Hi everyone!! Happy Saturday! Welcome to Day Four of MFTeasers!!! YAY! The entire release will be available on Tuesday, July 9th at 10:00 PM! Today, I have a card to share with you using the FABULOUS new products, last month's Triple Scoop Set, Bold Statements, and the ah-mazing new Blueprints 5 Die-Namics! I started by cutting the main panels of my card, and I used Blueprints 4 Die-Namics and Blueprints 5 Die-Namics to do so. All of the patterned papers are Memories Captured from Fancy Pants. I cut the rectangle panels (don't you LOVE the rounded edges?) using Blueprints 5 Die-Namics out of patterned paper and Primitive Cream Cardstock. I stamped the sentiment in Black Licorice Ink and added a trio of gold sequins underneath the sentiment. The border and flower were also cut with the new Blueprints 5 Die-Namics, and I am still on my gold glitter kick, as you can see. I added a Bubblegum Button to the top of the flower, tied with Hemp Cord. On the inside I added another sentiment from Bold Statements, using another gold sequin to tie into the front of the card. Hello and welcome to Day 2 of Release Countdown Week with MFT. I am so excited about today's featured products from Laina Lamb Design - Television Die-namics and Stay Tuned stamp - a super cool blast from the past! The Television Die-namics is so retro, so fun and filled with endless possibilities! You can mix and match colors and textures to create one of a kind TV sets. I stamped the TV screen with one of the many sentiments from Stay Tuned and then added a layer of Crystal Effects to give it that for reals look. The inside is finished with another Stay Tuned sentiment on a die-cut Television Die-namics screen. I'm in love with the retro diamond stamps included in Stay Tuned. My second card features the Television Die-namics in the form of a fish bowl. I used the fish die from I Knead You, using the back side of the die cut because it presented with a really cool texture from my well-worn die-cutting plates. I added extra texture to the Summer Splash TV screen by embossing it with the Circle Grid Stencil. Elements of Blueprints 23 provide more embellishment to the card front with the stitched edge panel and fishtail flags. I also finished the inside of this card, again using the Television Die-namics and Stay Tuned stamp set. Again, I can't get enough of those retro diamonds and the snowy screen stamp included in Stay Tuned. I’m back again today to share another project featuring two of the new February Release Products that are soooo stinkin’ cute that I just can’t even imagine that you won’t love them as much as I do! The new For the Record Stamp Set and the Turntable Die-Namics are really fun and easy to assemble! I die cut the parts of the Turntable Die-Namics from Black Licorice, Poppy, Smooth White, and Brushed Silver Card Stock. I stamped the sentiment from the For the Record Stamp Set, and then assembled the turntable – easy peasy! I love the clean and simple look of this card, yet it still has a ton of interest! And the sentiments in the For the Record Stamp Set are perfectly sweet and punny, and great for men or women, young or old! Hello all, Today i'm back with a project for My Favorite Things, today it's time for the Hits & Hightlights. The team inspires you with projects featuring a specific theme or products. Today we are showcasing the versatility of the Cardstock and Inks. Vandaag ben ik er weer met een project voor My Favorite Things, vandaag is het tijd voor een Hits & Highlights. Het designteam inspireert jullie met een specifiek thema of product. Vandaag laten we de veelzijdigheid zijn van inkten en cardstock. For my card i cut a few of the smallest shapes out of Blueprints 33 using Cement Grey, Tropical Teal and Blue Raspberry cardstock. Cut a white panel and arrangerend the shapes on the panel. Glued them on the card using foamtape. Stamped the sentiments and cut it using the smallest banner out of the Blueprints 33 set. Adhered the panel on to a Smooth White topfold cardbase 10,5 x 13,5. Voor mijn kaart gebruikte ik de kleinste vorm uit de Blueprints 33 stanste deze uit Cement Grey, Tropical Teal en Blue Raspberry cardstock. Sneed een wit paneel en plaatste de vormen tot ik tevreden was en plakte ze op de kaart met foamtape. Stempelde de tekst en stanste het uit met de kleinste stans uit de Blueprints 33 set. Plakte het paneel op een Smooth white topfold basiskaart 10,5 x 13,5. I was in doubt about the "Hello" greeting if i should cut it out of white of grey cardstock. Ended up with a sandwich of two Smooth white, vellum, Smooth white and Steel Grey. Hi, everyone, welcome to Day Three of MFT’s March Release Countdown! Today we’re previewing PI Showering You with Love, Stamp Set, PI Showering You with Love Die-namics, Critter Clan Stamp Set, Critter Clan Die-namics, Stitched Interactive Window Trio - Vertical Die-namics, and Blueprints 31 Die-namics. Don’t forget that release is on March 7th at 9pm Eastern. Be sure to check by the MFT Blog for all the release details. First up today is PI Showering You With Love. To begin, I stamped the images on X-Press It Blending Card with Black Licorice hybrid ink, cut them out with the coordinating dies, and colored them up with Copic markers. Next I prepared my base by adding a strip of Black Licorice card stock that I’d stamped with Mesh Background and Versamark, then heat embossed with white detail embossing powder. Next I spread some translucent embossing paste on Stone Gray card stock through Raindrops Stencil and after it dried I popped it up on the card base with foam mounting tape and colored in some grounding for my images with Copic markers. Then I popped up the images on foam, added some Puffy Clouds Die-namics, also cut from Stone Gray card stock and the sentiment, stamped with Versamark on Black Licorice card stock cut with Blueprints 29 Die-namics and heat embossed with white detail embossing powder. **** This is a set of cards I made for the March Release class using Blueprints 31 Die-namics. Welcome to the MFT May Release Rewind! This is a chance for us to share more projects made with the recently released MFT products that can be found in the Brand Spankin' New category of the MFT Boutique. Head on over to the MFT blog for a list of everyone participating in today's Release Rewind. I'm sharing a bit more of the Blueprints 3 Die-namics combined with Life's Direction. I've geared my card toward the younger generation, specifically that group of younger girls who have fallen in love with horses! I've die cut and embossed the horse image from Life's Direction onto a Sour Apple circle die cut with Die-namics Blueprints 3 and layered it with other elements from the same Die-namics set - the Grape Jelly square and Kraft half circle layer. The horse blends perfectly with the new Die-namics Farm Fence topped with a Grape Jelly die cut bow from Blueprints 3. The background is stamped with Darling Dots stamp set which just happens to boast the same pierced outline as the Blueprints 3 circles. Love the mix-match-ability of MFT products! Here's a peek at the interior of the card, again using elements from Blueprints 3, Sour Apple and Grape Jelly card stock with a sentiment from Life's Direction stamped in Sour Apple ink. Hello friends! I'm so excited to be joining my teammates to share projects for today's Vault Release! I hope you're as excited about these treasured goodies returning to the MFT product line again as we are! I loved playing with the Lily Die-Namics, a set of beautiful flowers that can be used for many occasions! I hadn't had a chance to play with this beautifully dimensional flower die set before it was previously retired, so I was sooo thankful to get the chance to play with it for today's Vault Release! The layers are so lovely and easy to assemble, and incredibly versatile! I die cut the flower parts from Smooth White Card Stock, and then I ink blended them with Razzle Berry, Limelight, Lemon Drop and Black Licorice Premium Dye Inks. I die cut the focal layer from Black Licorice Card Stock using Blueprints 33 Die-Namics, and I stamped the sentiment (after doing a bit of stamp surgery) from the Happy Hummingbirds Stamp Set onto the panel using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. I die cut the Skinny Strips Vertical Die-Namics from the image panel to add some graphic interest in the background. I adhered everything together with foam squares! Het envelopje is met Natural Cardstock gemaakt met behulp van de envelope punch board.De tag is gestanst uit Kraft Cardstock en bestempeld met een tekst uit de You've Got Mail stempelset. Het geheel is afgemaakt met een stukje Hemp Cord waar ik een grote strik in heb gemaakt. -Inside Card- Voor de binnenkant van de kaart heb ik wat figuurtjes uitgestanst met de Blueprints 13 Die-namics en een bijpassende tekst gestempeld met MFT Hybrid Ink Steel Grey. Anna Kossakovskaya creates an oh-so-pretty design using the Mini Modern Blooms stamp set and Die-namics. Whenever a color combination includes green, it's an easy leap to think floral. The Brick Wall Cover-Up Die-namics creates a great dimensional background for this delicately feminine design. Barbara Anders dreams up a lovely floral sympathy card in the soothing cool colors of Color Challenge 37. Sometimes with sympathy cards it's difficult to design with lighter colors, but her minimal uses of black with the Grand Peaceful Wildflowers stamp set set against the pretty watercolor background are just right. For more great ideas for sympathy cards, check out this post HERE. Inge Groot found the colors in a the Subtle Plaids Paper Pack and added fun flags using the Fishtail Flag STAX Die-namics. I love how she added delightful touches with the Whimsical Wishes stamp set for a lot of visual interest. Jodi Collins inks up the Terrific Ties stamp set for this colorful concoction of a masculine design! Those snazzy bow ties look great in the greens and blues of the color combination! Julie Dinn's design is a super saturated take on the challenge. I love the deep blue background and the tilted mugs and delightful sentiment are sure to chase away the winter blues! The detail that she created on the mugs with one of the accent stamps from the Undeniable Chemistry stamp set truly adds to the design. Congratulations, Tammie Edgerton!
