https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=71MoieY4TMY Royal Zoo, known as the Melbourne Zoo, contains more than 320 species of animals from Australia and around the world. The Royal Melbourne was opened on October 6, 1862, on the Royal Park and occupies 55 acres (22 hectares) of the territory allocated to Melbourne. Initially, the Zoo has adapted to acclimate to pets after a long trip to Australia. It was until the time the new director Alexander Albert Cochrane Le Souef in 1870 comes, they start to acquire exotic animals for public display and arrange gardens and picnic areas. Visitors can see historic cells, which were used for customers who can spend the night in tents at the zoo and enjoy the sounds of the bush night. These evenings allow you to see some of the nocturnal animals at the zoo during the evening excursions. The Zoo is set amidst floral gardens. Many of the animals are now kept in bioclimatic zones: African rainforests set gorillas, mandrill, pygmy hippos, and parrots; The Asian Rainforest with tigers and otters; and for Australian animals, koalas kangaroos, emus, echidnas, wombats created the conditions of the Australian mainland. A popular place for the public is the home of butterflies and a huge enclosure for the elephants. Melbourne Zoo recently received three new Asian elephants from Thailand, despite the many disputes concerning their safety and well-being https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_HpUcLy-7MY The Royal Melbourne Zoo
