Sometimes less is more, and using the last little bits and pieces in your Elle’s Studio paper stacks can push you creatively to make something truly amazing! That’s exactly what Mary-Ann Maldonado is
Of course everyone has their own favorite ball teams. We here in the Maldonado house hold, root for all New England teams: Bruins, Patriots, Red Sox. My boys were lucky and went to a Red Sox game last year and I was lucky enough to receive some really cool baseball flair to spruce up my layout. I started with the "Antiquary"monthly club kit club from Studio Calico. Threw in random Teresa Collins word strips, Studio Calico Tags, Whisker Graphics twine and some Freckled Fawn paperclip arrows. This layout was super fun! The bright colors highlight the excitement on my boys faces. They just really enjoy doing anything together. I used wet adhesive to attach these clear acetate letters. Covering the entire back with a wet glue, makes it so you don't see any adhesive. Didn't want to part with baseball flair. It is my fav. I anchored it with a circle. The dark blue border helps the white flair pop off the white paper. Here you can see how I buckled my word strips to provide additional dimension to my layout. If you look closely at the photo, in the upper left corner, you will see photo bombers. I cleverly placed a word bubble with word strips and voila, they were gone! Thank you for stopping in today. I hope that you are inspired to throw some flair on your next layout. Mary-Ann Below is the set of flair that I used on this project: All Flair can be purchased over at A Flair for Buttons

Recite with devotion and fervor five (5) decades of the Rosary meditating on the Joyful, Sorrowful or Glorious Mysteries as the Blessed Virgin asked at Fatima; then say: V. Incline unto my aid, O Lord. R. Lord, make haste to help me. V. Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit. R. As it was in the beginning, is now and will be forever. Amen. MEMORARE: Remember O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help and sought your intercession was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, we fly unto you, O Virgin of Virgins, our mother, to you we come before you we stand sinful and sorrowful. O mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not our petitions, but in your mercy hear and answer us, Amen. We fly to your protection, O Holy Mother of God; despise not our petitions in our necessities, but deliver us always from all dangers, O glorious and blessed Virgin. (Recite 3x the Hail Mary and Glory Be) Remember us, O Virgin Mother of God, in the presence of the Lord and do speak in our favor so that His wrath may be averted from us. V. Our most powerful Mediatrix, pray for us R. That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ PRAYER: O Lord Jesus Christ, our Mediator with the Father, who has appointed the most Blessed Virgin, Your Mother to be our Mother also and our Mediatrix before You; grant that whosoever draws near to You to beseech any benefit, may receive all things through Her and rejoice. You Who live and reign with God the Father and the Holy Spirit forever and ever. Amen. PRAYER OF PETITION: O Ever-Virgin Mother of God and Mediatrix of Grace who are the House of Gold within which dwells your Son, our Mediator, Jesus Christ, we humbly beseech you to grant our requests for our salvation and the salvation of the entire world. (make our requests) O Mary, Mediatrix of All Grace, Obtain for us many holy priests and many holy religious vocations! Obtain for us many holy missionaries and the evangelization of all peoples especially Asia ! Obtain peace for our country and the whole world! Keep us close and faithful to the Vicar of your Son in the unity of the One, Holy, Catholic, Apostolic and Roman Church. Hear our prayers and grant the requests we make to you. Amen.
Good morning!Mary-Ann Maldonado here with you today! This post is bursting with of color with the use of Cord and Metallic Bubbles. For my first card, I started with the Foam Front Die - Polka Dots. I filled the circles with Toppings: Bubbles and Metallic to match my Metallic Bubbles that filled some of the holes. I tiny sliver of yellow washi for pop and blue Cord and a Paper Smooches sentiment for the graduate. For my second card, I layered rainbow papers and then the new Cord in a rainbow pattern. I used the heart and love sentiment from the Heart Throb Shaker kit. I literally only used one piece of paper for this card. Its the rainbow sheet from the Fruit Basket 6x6 paper Pad. Thank you for stopping by. Head to the Queen and Company website to see all the new embellishments that are added often. They are inexpensive and can add so much interest to your next project.
