Combine reading and math with musical chants! My students love to chant and sing the multiplication rhymes! The rhymes use multiple senses to connect the children’s learning experience, and I am positive you will see results. I use these multiplication rhymes with dyslexic students, and students who struggle with memorization in math. Kids of all ages who have had difficulties in math and memorizing multiplication facts will have a sense of accomplishment after completing these multiplication rhymes. This Multiplication Rhymes and Chants Bundle provides a fun way to help students improve their fact recall skills. These multiplication rhymes and chants are also a great way to integrate reading into the math curriculum! These multiplication rhymes will help children memorize their multiplication facts and improve their multiplication fact recall while having fun. There are 20 different cards, each with 2 versions (with and without answer). Some ideas: Use the multiplication posters in centers, for seat work, during morning meetings, or while teaching multiplication. Laminate and reproduce on card stock to make a long lasting multiplication resource. You can set your printer to print 4 chants per printed page to make small practice cards! Use these multiplication rhymes as a multimedia presentation or a daily review. If you are teaching special education or students with learning disabilities, this is a great way to help students learn their multiplication facts. If you teach gifted and talented students you can have your students create their own rhymes. This is an easy way to differentiate instruction. These multiplication activities support The Common Core Standards and The TEKS. View other products in my store.
