Szeretem az ilyen és ehhez hasonló krémeket. :) Tonhalasat pedig már nagyon régen készítettem, úgyhogy épp itt volt az ideje. Szendvicshez, vagy vendégváró falatkákhoz is remek. Kerülhet bele akár finomra vágott petrezselyem, vagy piros húsú paprika. Készülhet tejföllel, vagy krémsajttal is akár. Egyszóval kedvünk szerint bátran variálhatjuk. :) Hozzávalók: 13 dkg tonhal (növényi olajban/sós lében eltett) 10 dkg mascarpone 1 kis lilahagyma 8 magozott, fekete olívabogyó 3 aszalt paradicsom (fűszeres olajban eltett) só citromlé továbbá: fekete olívabogyó karikákra vágva vöröshere csíra A lilahagymát, olívabogyót és aszalt paradicsomot apró kockákra vágjuk. A tonhalat lecsepegtetjük, villával áttörjük. A krém hozzávalóit tálba tesszük, ízlés szerint ízesítjük sóval, citromlével, majd alaposan kikeverjük. A krémet pirítósra, kiflikarikákra, vagy sós kekszre halmozzuk, olívabogyóval és vöröshere csírával díszítjük. A receptet a Kifőztük februári számában is megtaláljátok. :)
