Each cake will be a brand-new creation with any out-of-stock items being replaced with an item of equal value and/or similar look. If a replacement of any sort is needed, you will be notified before your cake is made. With 10 diapers included, MINI cakes are our smallest [one tiered] size and are generally 6" in diameter and 5-8" in height depending on the cake toppers (on top). SMALL cakes have anywhere between 22-26 diapers and are usually two tiered but can be a wider one tier. They are generally 7" in diameter while MEDIUM cakes will consist of 30+ diapers and are 8-9" in diameter. The height for both ranges from 10 to 16". Large (45+ diapers) and XL (55+ diapers) cakes are generally 10-12" in diameter and 12-17" in height. These measurements are based off size 1 and 2 diapers used. Expect bigger sizes and other brands to change the diameter by an inch or so. LEAD TIMES ************* Each diaper cake has a different lead time depending on how detailed or difficult the design is. Please see each individual listing to confirm lead times or message us for a better ETA. Custom cakes generally take up to two weeks to design and will depend on the theme and what we have in stock. If specific items need to be ordered online, please expect the lead times to be a tad longer. You will be notified if any items need to be ordered and if there is any delay. Please include your EVENT DATE at the time of purchase so we can make sure your order is able to arrive on time. If orders are placed too close to an event date (a week or so before), you will be notified and advised to upgrade your shipping or your order may be canceled.
