La focaccia Locatelli è una focaccia veloce da fare e che non ha bisogno di essere impastata. Questa focaccia sofficissima l'ho adocchiata qualche tempo fa sul profilo fb di Aria, una ragazza che ho conosciuto tramite il mio sito e che ha anch'essa un blog di cucina, Ariaincucina per l'appunto, mi aveva colpito l'altezza della focaccia e l'alveolatura dell'impasto e poi il suo nome... focaccia locatelli. Spulcia qui, spulcia lì ho scoperto che la ricetta deve il suo nome al suo inventore Giorgio Locatelli, un noto chef di fama internazionale e non alla nota marca di latticini ;) Letta la ricetta (che rimpalla un po' su tutti i blog di cucina) con il procedimento che prevede di non impastare con le mani la focaccia, ma di amalgamare soltanto gli ingredienti e vista la velocità di esecuzione, mi sono decisa a provarla per portarla in tavola a cena... dopo un'ora e mezza stavo addentando il mio pezzo di focaccia entusiasta per la sua morbidezza e il suo sapore. Devo però fare un piccolo appunto alla ricetta della focaccia Locatelli, personalmente l'ho trovata un tantino salata quindi vi consiglio di diminuire di qualche grammo il sale presente nell'emulsione e diventerà perfetta :P Come primo esperimento, ho preferito non aggiungere altro ma se preferite, potete arricchire la ricetta aggiungendo in superficie olive, pomodorini, cipolle o quant'altro, per accompagnarla invece... salumi e formaggi a gogo.
