The Little Dreamers stamp and die bundle from Stampin' Up! is pretty darn adorable! I have had a lovely time creating baby cards for my stash. Here's the first card I made: I stamped the elephant in Basic Gray ink, on Basic White card. Smoky Slate and Bubble Bath Stampin' Blends markers were used to colour the cute little fellow. I used my Color Lifter Stampin' Blends to give the impression of a little texture on the elephant. The Stylish Shapes circle on which the elephant is placed was cut from Smoky Slate DSP. The sentiment was stamped in Smoky Slate ink on another Basic White Stylish Shapes die-cut circle. I love how the pierced detail complements that on the moon and clouds, cut using the Little Dreamers Dies. The stars were stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink, and coloured using Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends. How beautiful is the texture created with the Cane Weave 3D embossing folder?! Adhesive-backed Sparkle Gems were my embellishment of choice for this card. Listed below are all the products I used to make my card. I stamped the images with Stazon and then using and aqua painted picked up the colour from the lid of the ink pad and then added some colour. Super cute! Right??!!! The picture really doesn't do her justice. She is to cute. I seen a picture of her and just had to do her. She is a little different from the picture because I used whatever punches I had so my sizes are different. But I think she turned out pretty good considering. Hi Everyone! It's Vera and I'm happy to be here sharing a card today that features the Little Bear Agenda and Inside Pop - Box of Fun - Creative Cuts. I started by stamping the Little Bear Agenda on Bristol paper, colored with Copics marker and die cutting them all with their coordinating dies - Little Bear Agenda - Creative Cuts. The front of the card was created by die cutting the big scallop frame from Framed Tags - Waverly - Creative Cuts on white cardstock and inked with Distress Inks. I painted the circles cut from the Circular Grid - Creative cuts with watercolor pan set. Then I placed the Little Bear Agenda on it with foam tape. All supplies that I used are shown in this picture below. Here is the front of my card with the sentiment "you are the sweetest" from Sweetest Greeting set. Another punch art card to show you - are you getting fed up with them yet?? This time an elephant (case'd again) using ovals, circles and hearts, in Basic Gray and Pink Pirouette. The trunk is a strip of cardstock which is run through the Crimper to give the ridged effect. The background is a piece of Whisper White which has been embossed with the Perfect Polka Dots folder and the sentiment is from the hostess set, Happiest Birthday Wishes and punched with the Decorative Label punch
Totally love these cute little animals in the Stampin' Up! Zoo Babies stamp set! I have just stamped them directly onto Whisper White using Coastal Cabana, Crushed Curry and Basic Black. Background cardstock is Crushed Curry. I like how the black adds that extra contrast to the card, The yummy black chevron paper is one of the sheets from Modern Medley DSP pack. I'm back today with two extra cards that I made to feature Starry Sky that were excess to what I needed for yesterday's post. Today's first card uses the Elephant Parade stamp set. I stamped one of the elephants and 7 of the butterflies onto Fluid 100 Water Colour Paper. I coloured the images with Water Colour Papers and the ink colours listed below. I cut out the elephant image with one of the Scalloped Contour Dies and the butterflies with the coordinating die. The Starry Sky card stock background was embossed with the Hive 3D Embossing Folder. The second layer is a piece of Sweet Sorbet DSP, both mounted on an Orchard Oasis card base. Each of the butterflies has a Basic Rhinestone Jewel in the center that has been coloured with the coordinating Blends Marker. The second card for today uses the Paradise Palms Bundle. I started making this card by masking the sun with a circle mask, Daffodil Delight ink and a Blending Brush. Once the sun was done I removed the mask and added a bit more Daffodil Delight ink around the outside of the sun. I then used Starry Sky ink and another Blending Brush to complete the remainder of the sky, making sure it was darker at the top than the bottom. The palm tree and grass was cut from Basic Black card stock. These were attached to the card front with Dimensionals. Inside the card I added the message in black ink and the trio of palm trees in Starry Sky ink, stamped off once. I couldn't resist popping all 3 Hippest Hippos on one card and I decided that the Picture This Dies were the perfect way to show them off. Each Hippo has their own window, and I've used the other windows for the sentiment, which I chopped up.
