About our product: Poster Paper : We use a 230GSM Semi Gloss Poster Paper Canvas: We use a 300GSM Cotton Backed Canvas Both the Poster Paper and the Canvas are sent rolled up in a tube. THE CANVAS IS NOT MOUNTED (FRAMED) IT IS SENT ROLLED IN A TUBE The smaller size posters are sent flat. We wrap the posters and canvas prints with butchers paper and secure them with a small amount of tape. When you are unwrapping your purchase, you must be careful, the tape is folded back one way, gently pull in the direction of the arrow and roll out your print on a flat surface. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Orders outside Australia) We send these orders with tracking, we also mark the shipment as "Abandon" if not received. So please make sure you watch the tracking and pick up you parcel if necessary from the post office. We do this so we arent charged for the return of the goods. Damages: Sometimes out of our control we get heavy handed postal workers delivering our products and they can be damaged, this is rare, but can occur. If this happens, we need you to go to your local post office in your suburb, town, country and file a Damage report. Once this is complete, please email me the images of the product and the damage report number or a copy of the actual damage report. Once this is complete, I will be able to give you a full refund or replace your item. All of our items are insured with the post office for your protection and gurantee.
