As we come to the close of Latinx Heritage Month (Sep 15 - Oct 15), I’m reflecting on what books I’ve read so far this year that are Latinx or from a Latin American country, representing its heritage. I’ve read 49 books this year and 26% of them were written by Latinx or Latin American authors. So, about one in four books.
