Poetry is the genre of open literature . The amount of tools, techniques and styles are amazing. However, knowing when and how to use these elements are essential for writing and understanding of poetry in its best points simile poems. The comparison is easier to describe the use of the word "like " or "as " to compare specific objects , people or things to others. This contributes not only to the imagination , but also helps the reader understand what it feels like something that looks , sounds , or do at any time simile poems. An example of a comparison can be seen in much of the poetry of Emily Dickinson . Let's take a look at his poem "The Mountain" The seasons prayed around his knees , As children around a parent Grandfather of the time it is, Since the dawn of the ancestor . This poem is Emily Dickinson acerca Nature - mountains to be more specific. To enhance the reader's mind on the subject to help you understand the true nature of the mountain, using a metaphor of an elder. Comparing " like children around a father " comes into play to help them use the comparison. This helps the reader visualize elevation changes that occur during the season.
