Tohle kari v nejrůznějších variacích vařím doma asi nejčastěji, je to tedy taková moje základní verze kari, jak ho máme rádi. Třeba se vám bude hodit, pokud třeba ještě nevíte, jak na dobré domácí kari nebo třeba budete chtít zkusit zase jinou variantu. Jde do něj použít jakoukoliv zeleninu nebo maso, tahle konkrétní verze je z krůtou, ale stejně dobrá bude třeba s fazolemi, houbami nebo jehněčím. Tak jdem na to. 4 porce 20g másla 10g oleje lžička kurkumy lžička drceného římského kmínu lžička mletého koriandru lžička garam masaly chilli podle chuti 1 velká cibule 2 stroužky česneku 2cm kousek zázvoru 300g krůtího masa 750ml rajčatové passaty 2 rajčata lžíce datlového sirupu 150ml smetany ke šlehání sůl čerstvý koriandr Na másle s olejem krátce opražím všechno koření. Ke koření potom přidám na kusy nakrájenou cibuli, česnek, zázvor a kostky masa, promíchám a nechám lehce opéct. Maso zaliju passatou, přidám na kusy nakrájená rajčata a datlový sirup a nechám spolu probublávat asi 30 minut na mírném ohni. Z omáčky vyndám všechno maso, omáčku promixuju tyčovým mixérem najemno, vrátím maso, zaliji smetanou a nechám provařit ještě asi 10 minut. Nakonec kari osolím, zasypu čerstvým koriandrem a podávám z rýží nebo pšeničnými plackami.
